This one-star rating is a retaliatory response following a failed attempt by the guest to maliciously ask for a full refund for her entire 7-night stay. It is important to note that the guest only filed this claim at the very end of her trip. For the first five days, she was extremely grateful for our constant attention and care, but her attitude shifted abruptly on her final day when she transformed from a thankful guest into a 'suffering' one to justify a refund request. Despite this, we provided extraordinary support: we picked her up from the station, drove her to the supermarket, and physically carried her heavy grocery bags into the apartment. Attention-Seeking Requests: Throughout the week, we fulfilled numerous minor requests that appeared to be driven more by a constant need for personal attention than by any actual necessity. We responded to every single one with patience and care, until we understood her intention to scam us. Misleading Claims on Supplies: The guest’s claim about a lack of soap is false. Hand soap and dish soap were provided and present in the unit. She is misrepresenting these facts to make her complaint seem valid and to hide her unsuccessful attempt to manipulate the platform’s refund policies. We even provided our own personal laundry detergent and cooking oil from our home to assist her. After driving her to the supermarket. Heating & AC: Technical malfunctions are rare, but they happen. We provided a high-quality electric heater on Day 1, which the guest thanked us for and called a 'great help.' We intentionally delayed the technician's visit until after her departure specifically to respect her privacy and ensure she wasn't disturbed by repairs during her stay. The Lighting Request: The light above our entrance works perfectly. The guest demanded we buy her a personal flashlight for night walks. We explained that street lighting is managed by the local council and is not within a host’s control. The Photos: We strongly question the validity and context of the photos provided. It is nonsense to claim unbearable conditions while enjoying the property for a full week. These images appear to be a calculated attempt to create 'evidence' for a refund claim. We take great pride in our hospitality and our 58 other positive reviews. It is disappointing when the review system is used as a tool for retaliation after a guest’s attempt to gain a free 7-day vacation is denied.
