Quite and relaxing stay.

I used this location as a base for travel throughout Europe. It was nice being able to wake up and have a coffee on one of the various decks and enjoy the birds and nature.

A refreshing experience

This property is.located a little outside Palombara Sabina, but still within easy access of supermarkets, bars and gelato! It is a good sized property for 4 adults and a couple of kids. The dawn chorus is incredible and the views down the valley and across to beautiful hilltops have to be seen. Air-conditioning works well, if you need it and there is decent water pressure, even with both showers going at the same time. Kitchen has all the bits you'll need, including a dishwasher. There's a washing machine too.

What a fantastic villa!Andrea & his father made check-in smooth and simple, the place was super-super clean, with everything in great condition.Big rooms, comfy furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, log fire with a nearby wood seller, central heating in the whole house plus good aircon in every room for the summer!Very secluded and private, right opposite a simply beautiful ancient little abbey that's open at the weekends.With Rome under an hour away and the stunning historic town of Tivoli just 35 mins out, it's a perfect location to relax or go sightseeing.Tivoli boasts three magnificent ancient sites, the villas of Hardian, Gregoriana and D'Este, all breathtaking to visit and parking in town (or on site at Hadrian's villa) is just 3 for the day, lovely to see them welcoming visitors and not trying to rip them off with exorbitant parking fees!Local restaurants are very good, but some need booking up to 2 days in advance, although there are several that are walk-ins.Eating out in Sabina Palombara itself isn't so easy, as there is virtually nowhere to park and the streets are very tight for cars, but look around the wider area, especially Ristorante La Sabina Romana, just 10 mins drive away, wonderful service and food (no telephone, internet or pre-booking though)!The villa itself is bright and spacious, it has lovely gardens and we had such a wonderful week, would recommend to anyone and we will go back if we are in Italy again, it's a fabulous place.

Heel fijn jammer dat de bliksem had ingeslagen. Daardoor veel ongemak die beheerder niet zomaar kon oplossen.Heeft wel zijn uiterste best gedaan.

Eine Woche Auszeit

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern hier. Das Haus sowie Grundstück sind wunderschön und es gibt viel Platz - auch für Rückzug für unsere Teenager. Der Vermieter war unkompliziert per WhatsApp erreichbar. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt.

The best of both worlds

We enjoyed our time in Argentella House very much. The cottage was completely as it was described. Due to the heat wave the air-condition came in handy. The close proximity to Rome enabled us to visit a lot of ancient sights and museums.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

20 Autominuten von Tivoli entfernt, liegt das Haus in einem ruhigen Tal, oberhalb von einer wunderschönen romanischen Abtei. Geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, eignet es sich für Aufenthalte drinnen wie draußen. Gut ausgestattete Küche, behagliches Wohnzimmer, schönes Elternschlafzimmer mit Balkon, riesiges Grundstück - absolut empfehlenswert!

Great house, great huge garden - optimal for a dog, great surrounding. 1 hour from the Rom center, 1 hour from the sea. And a huge, huge phantastic park (Parco Nationale Generale dei Monti Lucretili) is near by.

Séjour en Février 2020. Magnifique maison isolée dans les collines, parmi les oliviers, à côté de ruines d'un monastère. Propriété extrêmement pratique, bien agencée, agréable et confortable. La très belle ville de Palombara Sabina offre toutes les commodités nécessaires et est magnifique à visiter. Possibilité de pouvoir laisser sa voiture dans le grand parking des deux gares proches de l'habitation afin de se rendre à Rome en train. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir et recommandons vivement cette habitation.

Una granda e bella casa molta rilassante ! Vicino a Roma ( al meno 45 minuti per arrivare a Piazza Cavour). Un gran giardino, il nostro cane era molto contento! Il telefino, due TV, una lavatrice, un firo da stirare c'era tutto ! Io tornerò volontieri. Il proprietario è molto disponibile.
