This was a great accommodation. It was more affordable than staying in the city center, but very accessible with public transportation. We ate nearby at Pork and Roll (which was delicious!! I enjoyed their salad and focaccia), and we saw many locals passing by including families with babies. It felt safe and less touristy in this area. Also my daughter said ciao to every passerby and received many smiles and greetings. Great neighborhood! Great property! The host was very responsive and the accommodation met all our needs.

A great location and lovely place

This was a perfect place for four people. Plenty of space and not a far walk to the Metro into Rome proper or the train station if you're arriving that way. We drove in and there were plenty of parking garages nearby, though street parking would have cheaper if we could've found it.

I loved this property which made me fall in love with Rome even more. I was looking for the authentic Roman experience not close to the touristy places and I found this gem. Communication was outstanding from booking until farewell. When we arrived, there was a bag and Prosecco waiting for us! It made the beginning of this trip so special. There were two rooms with very nice and beautiful decor. There is one bathroom also nicely decorated. Personally, I loved the floor of the shower as it massaged my tired feet. The property is fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay but if you forgot any basic or no so basic items, there is a grocery store on the same avenue 5 minutes away. You have so many options for cafe, aperitivo and dinning. My top were Monaco for coffee, Caffe Virtu for coffee or late night food, and Ristorante ArCasale which I loved. Getting there is so easy whether you fly in from Fiumicino, or by train at Roma Tiburtina. You can walk from the train station and in 10 minutes be at the property which made it soo convenient. Also, you can take the bus literally in front of the property which can connect you to any place you want to go to in Rome. This was my 3rd time in Rome and hands down I recommend this property for anyone visiting and wanting a very authentic experience.

Clean apartment at a great location. Easy walking distance to Roma Tiburtina station which has the B metro line into Rome. Spacious bedrooms - crazy spacious for Europe. AC's work. Neighborhood is not touristy - there are some restaurants and a few fast food places. One larger grocery store in walking distance.
