The owner of this vacation rental rents exclusively through the most important platforms and manages bookings directly, so availability is constantly updated (it is not necessary to request confirmation before booking).

This vacation rental has a living area of ​​approximately 100 square meters and can accommodate up to eight people.
It is ideal for one or two families, two or three couples, or singles.

Our fenced property, which covers approximately 1,000 square meters, also includes another holiday home.
Each has approximately 500 square meters of private and independent space.
They share only the main entrance to the parking lot, so one does not disturb the other.

The holiday home is located in the tourist resort of Porto Pino, part of the municipality of Sant'Anna Arresi (SU), approximately 5 km away.
We are located in the province of Southern Sardinia, on the southwest coast of the island.
You can reach us via Cagliari-Elmas Airport, approximately 90 km away, via the port of Cagliari, approximately 100 km away, or via the ports of Olbia, Porto Torres, and Golfo Aranci.

The holiday home is nestled in a pine forest, so it remains particularly cool in the summer.
Just 30 meters away is the natural beach of Porto Pinetto, followed on the right by a series of beautiful coves, leading to the natural beach of Cala su Turcu.
In the center of Porto Pino are the "Prima Spiaggia" and the "Seconda Spiaggia," both equipped with facilities, followed by the "Dune di Is Arenas Biancas."
In the immediate vicinity of Porto Pino is the natural beach of "Su Portu de Su Trigu."
Natural beaches can undergo morphological changes depending on the storm surges at any time of year and are never subject to human intervention.
The equipped beaches, which also have open spaces, are subject to human intervention with the aim of improving their aesthetics for tourism purposes.
Between the "Prima Spiaggia" and the "Seconda Spiaggia" in Porto Pino, there is a beach reserved for four-legged friends.

In the center of Porto Pino, there are also various businesses, such as a market, pharmacy, ATM, tobacconist, souvenir shop, fishing supplies, bar, ice cream shop, restaurant, and pizzeria.
Bicycle, raft, and ATV rentals are also available.

In the surrounding area of ​​Porto Pino, you can also visit other beaches, archaeological sites, mines, museums, and caves.

The total cost of the reservation includes electricity, water, gas, waste disposal, and final cleaning.

The total cost of the reservation does not include sheets and towels, which can be brought from home or rented from us for €15 per person (for the entire stay).

After a reservation, confirmation is only sent through the platform where it is made. The property sends check-in instructions one week before arrival.

Check-in is by appointment starting at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, at a time agreed upon with the guests, which may vary at the request of both.

Depending on the needs of the guests and the property, check-in can also be done remotely.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Check-out can be delayed at the request of the guests and approved or denied depending on the needs of the property.

Reservations/transactions are not made outside of the platforms, as their regulations prohibit this.

Reservations are accepted exclusively from May to October.

Guests who cancel a reservation for reasons not provided or invalid will be blocked from the system.

Charging electric vehicles is not permitted.
