The property is on the edge of the small village of Colonzelle, in the Drôme Provençale (Grignan region) in a magnificent preserved landscape: cultivation of vines, almonds, lavender (flowering June until the beginning of July), olive trees and the exploitation of truffle oaks. 5 kms from one of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France", Grignan, its location, bordering the three departments of Drôme, Vaucluse and Ardèche is ideal.<br><br>THE ACCOMMODATION:<br>Ground floor: a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with WC, <br>Upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (bedroom 1: bed of 160 - bedroom 2: 2 beds of 90)<br>Outside: shower room, a room with washing machine.<br><br>EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE:<br>- terrace<br>- Barbecue<br>- heated swimming pool (12.50m x 5.m) with a gently sloping depth of up to 2.20m (open mid-May to end of September) to be shared with the owners (a couple) - not suitable for young children (no safety gate) - (opening hours 9am/8pm)<br>- Table, chairs and sun loungers<br><br>SPORTS ACTIVITIES:<br>Clansaye golf course, horse riding, canoeing in the Drôme or Ardèche, tree climbing....<br>Nature lovers will not be left out: hiking trails start directly from the cottage.
