First time in Spotorno

The house has a beautiful view over Spotorno from the patio where we enjoyed to eat both breakfast and dinner. The big room upstairs was perfect for relaxing for the whole family. Elisabetta was a great host, easy to communicate with and quick to answer any messages and questions.

A beautiful house in the middle of orleander and pine trees with a fantastic view over the sea and the mountains. The interior is really charming with everything you need. It takes you just 10 minutes by foot to the sea and the next town - Spotorno.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung/Haus

Für uns war die Unterkunft perfekt! Sehr schöne, große Ferienwohnung mit großer Terrasse und tollem Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung liegt etwas oberhalb, zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten zum Stand im Ort oder mit dem Auto etwa 10 Minuten zu einem tollen Strand bei Varigotti (Spiaggia del Malpasso). Wir haben die Ruhe und die Wohnung sehr genossen, Ausstattung war perfekt mit allem was man braucht. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Können wir nur empfehlen, für uns hat alles gepasst.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Objekt

Wir hatten das Haus für zwei Wochen gebucht. Die Lage ist mit dem Meeresblick wirklich sehr schön. Auch die Terrasse hat uns sehr gefallen. Leider ist das Haus aber insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Es riecht etwas muffig und die Möbel sind schon sehr marode. Das Bad im Untergeschoss ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Es fehlt definitiv eine Klimaanlage und Gaze vor den Fenstern. Im Schlafzimmer zur Straße ist es sehr laut. Man hat kein deutsches TV. Der Parkplatz ist für ein größeres Auto viel zu klein, da man dann halb auf der Straße steht. Im übrigen sehr gefährliche Situationen erlebt da das Haus in einer Kurve liegt. Zum in der Nähe gelegenen Strand sind es runter ca. 10Min. zu laufen. Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen. Zurück muss man dann aber bergan laufen was in der Hitze etwas anstrengend werden kann. Der ca. 2km entfernte Strand Richtung Ortseingang ist mit super klarem Wasser ganz toll, man braucht aber das Auto und muss sehr früh vor Ort sein um einen Parkplatz zu ergattern. Liegen und Sonnenschirme mieten geht richtig ins Geld. Wir sind aufgrund der extremen Hitze 3 Tage früher abgereist. Schade..

Sehr schöne Lage, Klasse Objekt, Toller Urlaub

Das Objekt ist ganz toll gelegen, etwas am Berg aber dennoch in ein paar Minuten am Strand. Sehr ruhige Lage, man hat wirklich seine Ruhe und einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Spotorno. Die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten ist gut gelöst, wir waren 4 Personen und ein Kater. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben. Leider ist einiges schon in die Jahre gekommen und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Ebenfalls klasse der Parkplatz/Stellplatz vor dem Haus. Der Kontakt und die Abwicklung waren Perfekt, sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Insgesamt Klasse!

Super Flair und Ambiente

Von der Buchung, bis zu An-und Abreise lief alles komplett easy. Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus. So wie man es sich im Süden wünscht. Tolle Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zu einem Wäldchen. Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden, was man im täglichen Gebrauch benötigt.Damit hätten wir nicht gerechnet. Die Eigentümerin kann sich glücklich schätzen im Besitz dieses Schätzchen zu sein. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Der Wohnraum und die Terrasse sind einfach architektonisch ganz arg außergewöhnlich und sehr schön. Auch die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und unkompliziert. Traum-Terrasse!

Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Eigentümerin, die toll Englisch spricht. Wohnraum und Terrasse sind außergewöhnlich, elegant, super abgeschirmt und stilvoll möbliert. Der Blick in die Weite ist herrlich. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Wer einen Hund mitbringt: direkt vom Garten aus geht eine nette kleine Spazierrunde los.

Schöne Sommerferien in Ligurien

Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Jungs (9, 12, 14) für 14 Tage in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat für uns sehr gut gepasst, der wunderschönen Kachelboden im großen Wohnzimmer und die Terasse mit toller Aussicht laden zum entspannten Lesen und Spielen ein. Der Grundriss ist zwar etwas kompliziert, aber charmant und gut eingerichtet. In Spotorno haben wir 3 besonders gute Restaurants entdeckt: Black Bull, U Pasta und auch die schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnte Pizzaria Serra41. Die Strände in Noli fanden unsere Kinder etwas besser, besonders der Spiaggia del Malpasso, wenn man dort einen Parkplatz ergattert. Insgesamt hatten wir sehr erholsame und schöne Ferien, Vielen Dank Elisabetta. Viele Grüße, Friedrich & Familie

sehr schöne Unterkunft

Alles war sehr schön und hat der Beschreibung voll und ganz entsprochen. Wir habe schöne Wanderungen gemacht und waren an verschiedenen Stränden Baden. Lediglich die Sraße hinter dem Haus war etwas lauter als erwartet. Aber das war kein Problem. Die Terasse ist herrlich und es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Schönes Haus mit schönem Ausblick

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren uns einig, dass das Haus viel mehr Flair hat, als die Bilder das aussagen. Die Terrasse wurde natürlich am meisten von uns genutzt. Elisabetta hat uns sehr freundlich - trotz unserer späten Anreise - begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Sie war auch immer erreichbar, wenn es Probleme gab - wir hatten aber keine :). Wir haben das Haus mit 5 Personen - 4 Personen im Erwachsenenalter und 1 Teenager ( 15 J.) bewohnt und hatten ausreichend Platz. Eine Klimaanlage hätten wir uns in der letzten Woche gewünscht, als die Temperaturen nachts noch 27 Grad hatten. Spotorno ist ein quirliges Städtchen mit guter Gastronomie. Wer Pizza liebt, dem empfehlen wir Pizzeria Serra41, ist gleich in der Nähe. Zu den Stränden: Für uns war es ein Badeurlaub und daher hatten die Strände für uns den Schwerpunkt. In Spotorno selbst sind nahezu alle Strandabschnitte bewirtschaftet, d.h. Liegestuhl und Sonnenschirm müssen täglich gemietet werden, die freien Strandabschnitte fanden wir nicht so schön. Wir sind Richtung Westen hinter Noli bis Borgio Verrezzi gefahren und haben verschiedene Strände besucht. In Borgio Verrezzi gab es fast immer noch einen freien Parkplatz. Wochenende und ab dem 9.8. wurden die Strände voll und wir haben teilweise keinen Parkplatz mehr bekommen, also dann sehr zeitig losfahren. Wir haben Genua, Savona, Noli, Alessio teilweise mehrfach besucht und es hat uns gut gefallen. Unsere Lebensmittel haben wir meistens ein Einkaufszentrum Molo 8.44 eingekauft, da hatten alle was zu schauen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Nazomeren in Spotorno

Enthousiaste en zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door Elisabetta. Gaf ons direct heel wat fijne tips op strand- en culinair gebied. Het huis ligt heel privé en is op loopafstand van de stranden (retour wel flink de heuvel op). Wij hebben genoten en zijn van plan terug te komen!

14 Tage gelungener Urlaub

Erst einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieterin Elisabetta. Sie war wirklich unglaublich behilflich, freundlich, hat uns auch per WhatsApp Ideen zu Ausflügen geschrieben und war sofort da wenn es die ein oder andere Frage gab. TOP!!!! Unser Urlaub war ein Freunde-Urlaub, wir haben zu fünft in dem Haus gewohnt. Das Haus selber hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Strand. Die Terrasse ist wirklich schön und wir haben sie auch gut und oft genützt. Das Haus selber ist einfach aber gut ausgestattet, die Küche ist sogar hervorragend ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem und auch wenn es in dem Haus keine Klimaanlage gibt - man braucht sie schlichtweg nicht. Die Schlafräume sind im Souterrain und es ist kühl genug um wirklich gut zu schlafen. WLan funktioniert auch einwandfrei. Es gibt nur minimale Kritikpunkte die ich aber trotzdem anführen möchte. Das Badezimmer ist doch schon recht in die Jahre gekommen und könnte etwas aufgehübscht werden. Aber es ist zweckmäßig. Im Untergeschoß, also in den Schlafräumen, ist Teppich ausgelegt. Ist nicht jedermanns Sache, auch nicht unsere, vielleicht mal gegen Laminat oder Fliesen austauschen, ist einfach hygienischer. Aber auch das ist nur ein mini Punkt. Was wirklich schade ist ist, daß es keinen Grill gibt. Eine tolle Terrasse, aber keine Grillmöglichkeit ist schon leicht traurig. Aber Elisabetta hat das gut erklärt - angrenzend befindet sich ein Pinienwald der durch Funkenflug schnell Feuer fangen kann und dadurch ist grillen nicht gern gesehen. Also ist das eben so zu akzeptieren. Der Ort Spotorno hat eine sehr schöne Altstadt und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten richtig lecker Essen zu gehen. Insgesamt ist also zu sagen: Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen, wir sind alle gut erholt und das Haus ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Nochmal DANKE an Elisabetta - die ist großartig. Danke für einen tollen Urlaub.

Charming holiday

It was one of our best stay in Italy! Charming little towns in the surroundings to make excursions to ( Noli, Final Borgho), great rock climbing spots, nice beaches ( Varigotti, Malpasso) with crystal clear and warm water, and an amazing house to stay in. Elisabetta was a lovely host, we felt like at home from the very first minute of our stay. The house biggest asset is the fantastic terrace with a breath taking view to the sea and the island. You have everything for a perfect vacation. We would come back at any time! Thank you for sharing your lovely house!
