La Savannah is a detached house classified 3*, with private pool. It is ideally located to recharge your batteries in peace, while being close to the beaches and amenities (food, restaurant 150m away). <br>The lake beach is 5 minutes away (3 km) and the large ocean beaches are 15 minutes away (12 km). You can even get there by the cycle path that passes at the bottom of the garden. The forest is only 50 m away for oxygenating walks. A marked hiking circuit passes behind the house. <br>Finally, the garden and 120 m² of terraces invite you to laze around the barbecue and the swimming pool until the last ray of sunshine. <br><br>The little extra: the private pool!
