Schönes Haus in lebendiger Lage

Im Haus alles top, zu unserem Aufenthalt nur teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen bzw. defekt. Die Betten waren bequem! Die Lage zum Strand war super, leider am WE lange Musik in der Beachbar direkt daneben. Wir würden aber wiederkommen :) Die Kommunikation mit Andrea war mehr als super, sehr kulant und hilfsbereit!

Die Wohnung von Andrea hat unsere Familie sehr gut aufgenommen. Wir wollten so viel Sonne, Strand und einen entspannten Ort und wir waren zufrieden. Innen ist es ein einfaches Haus, in dem alle Dinge in Ordnung sind. hat einen schönen Meerblick von der großen Terrasse. Der Empfang war sehr gut! empfohlenes Haus

una bella vacanza sarda

Erano diversi anni che non ritornavo con la mia famiglia in Sardegna. Da Buoni Francesi ci siamo innamorati un'altra volta di questo mare spettacolare. La casa e il proprietario ci hanno accolti con... il cannonau, il vino tipico sardo rosso. la spiaggia si trova a qualche metro dalla casa. abbiamo goduto di una vista magnifica! siamo veramente rimasti felici e siamo partiti con una grande nostalgia di ritornare al più presto. se si cerca un posto naturale Solanas fa per voi.

Beautiful house in a wonderful bay

The house has all what you need for a week of great holidays. It got 3 terraces and the one on the top of the roof has an amazing view over the wonderful bay. The sandy beach is really beautiful and got a small bar, a bagno and a boat rent shop. Andrea was a perfect host. He gave us many good recommendation, was always very kind and helped us a lot. Thank you so much, Andrea, we enjoy our stay very much.

questa casa ci ha offerto comodità e un'assoluta vicinanza alla spiaggia. meglio di cosi non si poteva trovare. Per me e la mia famiglia, che cercavamo una location sul mare, è stato fantastico.

Gute Lage - renovierungsbedürftiges Haus

Ein freundlicher Vermieter. Die Anlage sehr nett. Das Haus selber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Putz fällt teilweise von der Wand, die untere Dusche fällt fast auseinander. Man setzt jedesmal das Bad unter Wasser. Ameisenplage in der gesamten unteren Etage, obwohl wir unseren Müll immer nur draußen hatten. Die Biester fanden sogar den Weg in den Kühlschrank. Zum Glück gab es eine neue italienische Kaffeemaschine. Die andere Kaffeemaschine (dt. Standard) war wohl schon seit Monaten nicht mehr sauber gemacht worden - alter Kaffeesatz kam uns fast schon von alleine wieder entgegen. Für unseren Abreisetag war ein Treffen mit dem Vermieter um 10 Uhr ausgemacht für die Schlüsselübergabe. Um 11 Uhr sollte die Putzkolonne kommen. Diese kam dann bereits um 9 Uhr. Auf den Vermieter haben wir bis 10.30 Uhr vergebens gewartet. Er hat sich auch bis heute nicht telefonisch gemeldet. Eigenartig. Zum Glück gab es einen netten und freundlichen Hausmeister, der auch etwas deutsch sprach. Er machte uns auch noch auf einen leichten Gasgeruch im Haus aufmerksam der uns nicht aufgefallen war. Fazit: Muss nicht noch mal sein

Dear Barbara, i m very sorry for this words. but thank you for leaving the house as a casino, the garbage inside and the beds very stressful... very appreciated... i was there at 10.30, 5 min after your departure. the time was at 11.00. the woman cleaner was there for a mistake, but the house was happy because was very dirty!

Vacanza stupenda

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane Nell appartamento di Andrea. Proprietario super disponibile ed impeccabile, consiglio a tutti di affidarsi a lui. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione lettino e seggiolone per la bimba, casa accessoriata di ogni confort e posizione superprivilegiata sulla meravigliosa spiaggia di Solanas. Torneremo a settembre!

Sun and relax

Super view in this house, very near on the sand solanas beach. we have appreciated the sound which we listen from the matrimonial bedroom.. sound of sea, sound of bird in the morning, pure nature!! oh, so great! i suggest this house for families with children and for all that peoples that wants exit from the house and to be in the beach!! ++++++++

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Das Haus liegt an einem wunderschönen Sandstrand . Es ist gross und geräumig und hat eine wunderbare Terasse und zwei grosse Balkone mit toller Aussicht. Das Strandbeizli gerade unten beim Haus hat viel 24 h Betrieb und man hört die Musik manchmal die ganze Nacht. Haben uns aber gut daran gewöhnt.im Dorf selber läuft sonst nicht sehr viel und wenn man etwas mehr Unterhaltung haben möchte , kann man dies in Villasimius ( Autofaahrt von 15 Minuten ) . Der Verwalter Andrea war top und immer zur sofort zur Stelle wenn man ihn brauchte.Wir haben unseren Sardinienenurlaub sehr genossen und waren meistens schon um sieben in der Früh im Meer baden. Der Strand würde jeden Morgen geputzt und gepflegt und war im Sommer sehr gut besucht. Empfehlenswert!

MAre e natura

Vacanza all'insegna della comodità (la villetta è praticamente sul mare!) all'interno di un ambiente naturale stupendo. Non è facile trovare queste caratteristiche insieme... Grazie Andrea, la tua casa ci ha fatto sentire a casa....

Abbiamo sorgionato in que...

Abbiamo sorgionato in questa villetta in 9, di cui 3 mamme e 6 bambini di età compresa tra i 5 e i 10 anni. La casa è perfetta, dotata di ogni confort, per nulla piccola ( anche in 9) e con una bellissima terrazza vista mare . la villetta è in un contesto "protetto", all'interno di un complesso con altre case e delimitata da un cancello. Si trova proprio sulla spiaggia di Solanas, spiaggia molto bella, pulitissima e attrezzatissima senza essere costosa. al Vanity beach un ombrellone e due lettini 10 euro tutto il giorno. segnalo anche la presenza (fondamentale con i piccoli) di intervento di pronto soccorso direttamente sulla spiaggia (sperimentatao ovviamente). Andrea, il proprietario è stato premuroso e disponibile. Unica cosa che segnalo ...attenzione raccolta differenziata obbligatoria e severissima!!!
