Une villa à proximité d'une magnifique crique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison authentique de Luca. Une très grande maison permettant d'accueillir deux familles avec un beau jardin arboré, une douche extérieure bienvenue, plusieurs terrasses pour manger ensemble. La crique est juste à côté, génial ! Merci pour tout, Luca !

Prima verblijf, op loopafstand van de kust

Een prima vakantiewoning, geschikt voor grotere gezelschappen. Wij waren met 9 personen. Het huis was groot genoeg voor ons. Zowel aan de voor- als aan de achterkant van het huis zijn goede, overdekte terrassen met voldoende zitplaatsen. De slaapkamers, waarvan er drie een eigen balkon hebben, zijn voorzien van horren, hebben goede bedden en iedere kamer heeft een elektrische waaier. De inrichting en uitrusting van de woning zijn ietwat gedateerd en -als je het mij vraagt- deels aan vervanging toe (zoals het gasfornuis; niet alle pitten zijn te regelen), maar het werkt. Watervoorziening was overal uitstekend; altijd warm water. Ons gezelschap verbruikte veel gigabytes m.b.v. de wifi maar dat heeft gastheer Luca fantastisch opgelost door deze voorziening aan te passen. Wifi is eigenlijk niet meer weg te denken, ook niet tijdens vakantie. Op loopafstand van de woning ligt de zee met de kustlijn van rotsen maar waar je prachtig kunt snorkelen (en ook kunt zitten). Ben je bereid om iets verder te lopen dan kom je zandstranden tegen. Met de auto naar verderop gelegen zandstranden gaan, is natuurlijk altijd een optie. Sinds kort is er - ook op loopafstand- een terras geopend waar je ligbedden kunt huren, kunt eten en borrelen. Toen wij arriveerden, wachtte Luca ons bij een afslag van de autostrada op. Dit vereiste enige communicatie maar is prima verlopen. Eenmaal bij het huis aangekomen, werden we ook verwelkomd door Luca's moeder. Een gevulde fruitmand, eten en drinken stonden voor ons klaar. Het huis was schoon, bedden waren opgemaakt. Goed voor elkaar. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben we contact onderhouden met Luca en dit alles verliep uitstekend, ook al moest dit soms met woorden uit drie talen tegelijk:) Wij hebben het naar ons zin gehad in Ognina!

Il ricordo di una bella vacanza

La villa non è proprio da rivista d'arredamento, nel senso che avrebbe bisogno di essere ammodernata, ma è grande e ben attrezzata di tutto, dalla biancheria per i letti e per i bagni fino al pentola e, passando per la preziosa lavatrice. Da non dimenticare un favoloso barbecue, che è stato protagonista di squisite grigliate di carne e pesce. Noi ci abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in dieci, anche se, a onor del vero, il decimo ha dormito in un non comodissimo letto estraibile nel grande soggiorno-cucina, dove non ha potuto godere di grande privacy e tranquillità. I proprietari sono persone gentilissime e disponibili. Non potrò dimenticare la cortesia di averci fatto trovare acqua, frutta, spaghetti e salsa quando siamo arrivati digiuni nel primo pomeriggio. La villa si trova vicina al mare, ma è bene precisare, soprattutto per chi ha bambini, che l'accesso al mare in quella zona è prevalentemente scoglioso e per la spiaggetta più vicina, peraltro piccola piccola, bisogna camminare un po'. Ma a prendere l'auto si raggiungono spiagge bellissime in pochissimo tempo. I dintorni sono favolosi. Si può girare la zona senza dover affrontare grandi distanzia: Siracusa è a 10 minuti di automobile e con qualche chilo entro in più si possono visitare posti indimenticabili come Noto, Palazzolo Acreide, Marzamemi...

Grande maison agréable proche de la mer

Nous avons passés deux semaines très agréables dans la maison de Luca : Elle est spacieuse, grande cuisine, 4 belles chambres, deux belles terrasses, des balcons, plusieurs salle de bain, une douche extérieure . Pas de climatisation mais les ventilateurs suffisent à rafraichir la maison. La maison est bien située. On peut rejoindre une jolie plage de rocher en 10 minutes à pied, la belle Syracuse est à 15 minutes en voiture. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Luca et Flavia qui sont très sympathiques et soucieux du bien être de leur locataires . En résumé nous recommandons vivement cette location qui offre un excellent rapport qualité prix . PS: L'huile d'olive locale est délicieusde : Merci Luca !!! Marielle

Super séjour dans une mai...

Super séjour dans une maison très agréable, spacieuse (nous étions 8), calme et bien aménagée. Belle plage de rochers à proximité, pour une plage de sable il faut un véhicule. Le boulanger passe chaque matin avec sa camionnette. Luca, le propriétaire, est très sympathique et nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux. Merci merci!

"Location totalement conforme à la description. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et attentionné. La maison est spacieuse et bien conçue: l''intérieur est relativement frais, les terrasses avec diverses orientations permettent de prendre tous les repas dehors... A proximité il y a plusieurs plages (rochers mais aussi de sables).Leurs accès est possible à pieds depuis la maison. Nous garderons vraiment un très bon souvenir de ces vacances en Sicile. "
