Home away from home

The cabin had an easy check in, close to everything in Pigeon Forge, and nice and clean. Parked right at the front door, cleaned up after ourselves during our stay, and had a full kitchen for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of space to relax on the couch with the TV in the evening after a full day at Dollywood.

Perfect location and clean cabin!!

Loved our stay in this 3 story cabin! We stayed for Christmas and the location was perfect - not too far from dollywood at all, but far enough to have quiet time from the busy road. The only issue we had was that the stove only broiled. It didnt bake. The cabin was decorated beautifully and my kids loved it!

Thanksgiving Trip

The cabin was just as adorable as the pictures. Very clean, comfortable, great location, easy check in/out process. Our only issues were the oven didn’t heat up unless it was on broil, the upstairs shower didn’t have cold water, and the hot tub leaked. These did not cause any problems overall with our enjoyment of the cabin. It was one of my best trips yet!

Lovely and very clean.

Lovely cabin. Very clean. Close to everything! Only down side was the street noise. That’s the trade off for being close to everything. Negative about the place was the upstairs shower. But there is a very nice 2nd bath down stairs.

There were a couple of issues like 2 windows were put in backwards by whoever cleaned them but I figured that out and fixed it. The only thing wrong was the got very cold like 17 degrees. Hopefully next time we come it will be warm.

Everything you would need in a kitchen is there. I couldn't keep my husband and son away from the new pool table!!! They loved it!! It is located near everything.... town and Dollywood is just minutes away. The staff at Aunt Bugs is very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back. I would love to stay longer next time..... it was home away from home.

Good but needs plumbing work

This was a nice clean cabin and great for our family of four to spread out. The plumbing needs to be worked on throughout the cabin. The shower upstairs is hardly useable. If you have it turned on with full stream it is scalding hot and if you turn it back then the stream is barely there and the water is still very hot! Do not let kids use this shower. Most of the faucets in the bathrooms leak. Fix the plumbing and it would make it a more enjoyable stay.

It's a town home right on a busy road not a cabin.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for cabin this is not a cabin it's a town home, duplex, condo whatever you want to call it. It's not a stand alone private cabin like the images led you to believe. It's also right by a loud busy highway. Close to Dollywood if that matters. Once I figured out the place was a town home they would not let me change it out since it was the day before. They said oh there is nothing "we" can do. I own a business, there is always something YOU can do. Like make a paying customer happy. So we blew $600 on it. Won't rent from Aunt Bugs again.

Lucky Logs 283 House

Ive rented approximately 40 VRBO homes over the past 12-15 years. Amenities listed for all homes have always been spot on. Your amenities listed and pictures for the house were very misleading and deceiving!! You should list information about this House and explain it has three stories with three flights of stairs so persons with mobility issues will know. Your indoor pool listed leads you to believe it is in the house somewhere. Not so, it and the main pool is located 1/4 of a mile in another building (deceiving). We couldn't use the upstairs shower because it only had hot water coming to the shower head (reported) so we had to go into the basement to take a shower climbing all three flights of stairs everyday (awkward). The lower level fire logs wouldn't come on with timer (reported). Other than thought we had a good stay...change your amenities to match the house. Would not stay there again!! Thanks Bob

Reviewer Comments: I booked my reservation 6 months in advance to be sure to be with the rest of my party. When we arrived I found our cabin was just below the rest of the party but that there was no way to get to them without getting in our car to drive up. When I called they said well...sorry cant do anything about it. your in same complex though. Our cabin was filthy and we were told they only clean the entire cabin quarterly... really? who only vacuums or wipes down their floors once a month with that much foot traffic. Utensils had food baked on them from from dishwasher, fridge was not even wiped out. Garbage can outside was overflowing, I had to call three times to get someone to come out to empty it. furniture stained and so dirty I wouldn't even unpack my clothes. When we asked for it to be cleaned again they said they were having problems with that cleaning crew but couldn't do anything about it.

Pleasant place to stay

We enjoyed our stay in lucky logs. Very comfortable cabin. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the up stairs shower didn't work properly and also it would have been nice to have had more than 1 garbage bag. But other than that, it was perfect.

Property was close to everything, has an indoor and outdoor pool but neither are very big. Did not use hot tub in cabin cause outside screen was torn and bugs got in but someone came and fixed after 2nd night, dvd player did not work, was told would buy a new one and bring to us but never did, terrible smell through out cabin but they never did anything to address it. We stayed in the cabin on the end, don't know if it's rented less but was very dusty, toilets were dirty, floors in some places was dirty, light bulbs in ceiling fans flickered the entire 5 nights we was there, reported this but never corrected. After checked out digitally went to office to discuss condition of cabin, their response was ok thank you, they didn't apoligize, offer any explanation why they did not correct the issues other than the dvd player, they said they didn't sell them anymore but nothing else was said about any of the issues we reported. If you have children staying with you, take something for them to do, only have 2 channel's with kid appropriate programming and the dvd player may not be working in your cabin.

My family and I loved our stay! The cabin was very clean (which is a huge relief with little kids). The kids loved all the board games that were there, bean bag chairs & the pool table. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Great experience! I would recommend to everyone!

This is a very nice townhouse cabin. The location is great and is literally 5 mins from the Pigeon Forge main strip. The kids stayed in the basement level which has a small kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub, bathroom, bed and pool table and my wife and I stayed upstairs and we couldn't hear them at all as they like to stay up late and we go to bed early. Upstairs has a jacuzzi bathtub, king size bed and bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was nice. It has everything you will need. Since this is a townhouse cabin there was people staying in the other half but we really never heard them. I would recommend this cabin to all.

Lacking in attention to detail, mgmt disappointing

There was more correspondence with management over signing forms and the check-in process than I’ve ever experienced with a Rental property. I could not get e-sign form to work and the workaround didn’t stop the auto generated emails so I kept getting emails that I didn’t complete my forms. I did not like that I had to email my credit card, DL, and selfie as email is not a secure line of communication. I was offered ability to check-in at the office but then denied that ability and called by management. It would have been nice to just have knowledge of what to do from the beginning and for their system to work. There was black stuff that shot out of the tub jets (both tubs). We were told it was two king beds but it was one king, one queen. There was supposed to be a hot tub but I received call after booking/paying that they were in the middle of replacing it but could offer a $10 credit per night, never saw a credit.

We don't golf

We did not know we were staying at a golf course so that was a bit odd. We were denied the address until right at the 4pm check in. The cabin number we were given does not exist so it was very, very confusing and hard to find. This was our first time in Pigeonforge area and next time we will be more diligent about about being more secluded. There was sooo much traffic noise all night we had to wear earplugs to sleep. The cabin itself was beautiful but we don't golf.

Great Getaway

This vacation was spectacular. The property was very well maintained and offered a variety of amenities. If I were to make any complaint at all, it would just be that the pool table didn't have enough room to shoot from several areas. But we had a blast and would definitely recommend to others. If you don't like to take steep mountain roads and don't mind being a mile from city center, then this is the property for you.
