Appartament located in a farm with a wonderful view over Florence and the surrounding hills. Garden forniture private parking..Ideally located, on Mezzomonte place,in the countryside, only 7 km from the historic center of Florence (Porta Romana square). The apartment is composed by living room, kitchen and a complete bathroom with tube at the ground floor.At the first floor there is one double room with a small bathroom with wc and basin.
"La Vista di Mezzomonte" apartment is the perfect place for all want to enjoy the countryside, but can reach easily Florence, chianti and all the most famous turistic attractions
Villa Corsini it's only 5 minutes walking and 1 minute by car.
The car is necessary but there is also the bus stop only200 mt from the house to reach city center.
At guest disposal, garden forniture to eat outside and enjoy the sun

Amazing home near beautiful Firenze

When you combine a gracious host with an elegant property, you end up with an absolutely perfect visit – and that’s just what happened when we stayed at Laura’s beautiful farmhouse. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay in this amazing 2-story apartment located in the middle of an olive grove, overlooking the valley near Impruneta. The views from the second-floor bedroom were spectacular – especially in the morning as the sun was rising over the trees. Laura is an incredible hostess and made us feel welcome at every interaction. Her guidance in helping us take the local Galluzzo bus into Florence was top-notch and allowed us to concentrate on everything Firenze has to offer – and there’s plenty to see and do in this area! This lovely and spacious apartment felt like a true home away from home and we were captivated by the charm and grace of this beautiful gem. From the cozy dining and living room to the kitchen, bath, and upstairs bedroom – the tasteful decorations and simple elegance of this stone farmhouse from the 900’s was meant to infuse a by-gone era with modern convenience. We loved eating on the outdoor patio and greatly appreciated the lovely bath towels and chocolate treats that Laura provided upon arrival. The kitchen was perfect and even boasted a rare dishwasher. Overall, we had an absolutely fabulous time in this timeless property and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you so much for your kindness, Laura! You and your home are wonderful!

Superbe séjour à tous les points de vue . Très bel accueil de Laura, qui partage volontiers tous les bons plans pour Florence et les environs. Maison très élégante, possédant tout le confort, et une vue de 'magazine' sur Florence ! Havre de silence en pleine nature . Un bonheur après une journée dans la trépidante Florence. On peut partir visiter Florence sans prendre sa voiture. Le bus passe à 100 mètres. Découvrir la région à partir de Mezzomonte est aussi très facile. Geneviève et Pierre - mai 2017

Une plongée inoubliable dans la renaissance italienne au coeur d'une campagne toscane idyllique. La location était charmante, tout comme sa propriétaire. La vue est un plus indéniable, le calme également, ainsi que la localisation a réellement dix minutes du centre historique de Florence. A recommander.
