First floor condo with amenities that include screened lanai with lake view, updated kitchen, washer and dryer, one car garage, internet and cable, community pool and jacuzzi.

Gulf Harbour is a beautiful gated community located close to Sanibel Island and Ft Myers beaches, shopping and restaurants. Public golf courses available in the area and Ft Myers hosts Red Sox and Twins spring training camps.

Homeowners association requires a minimum 30-day rental, application with background check and $200 non-refundable application fees submitted at signing of lease. Rate includes include 11.5% state and county taxes. Additional fees $1500 refundable deposit and $175 cleaning fee.

Also available as longer-term furnished rental. (Taxes do not apply to rentals over 6 months. Ask about rates if interested.)
