Gulf Harbour Yacht & Country Club Ft Myers / Iona - near beach, 3 BR/2 BA garage
Luxurious sunny condo in the Gulf Harbour golf/tennis/yacht club/marina community (Iona/Ft Myers) - sophisticated 3 BR/2 BA (1845 sq ft) on 2nd floor with lake-facing lanai (walk-out balcony) and lovely water view from every principal room. One-car garage plus parking for a second car in the driveway. Tamarind Cay has a private community pool & hot tub with restrooms, an outdoor shower and a grilling area. Spread out and relax in our 7 carefully furnished rooms. The principal BR has a walk-in closet and sliding door to the lanai; the main bath has a huge soaking tub and separate shower. There two bright guest bedrooms, a dining room with seating for 6 (with lake view and sliding door to lanai) and a cozy den. It's only 4 miles to Ft. Myers beach. At Gulf Harbour, you can walk or ride a bike to a 1/2 mile sandy path along the Caloosahatchee River, a perfect start or finish to the day. The furnishings are contemporary and well-maintained. We welcome responsible adults (occupancy limit of 3/4). 30-day minimum lease; the community association must approve all tenants. (Fee applies.) No animals, outdoor grilling, or smoking. We check tenant references. NOTE: From January 1 through March 31 (high season) a 60+ day minimum lease is required (lease extensions possible). Tenants must sign the lease before booking is final. There is a fee (approx $200) for lease review and approval by the management company; detailed background information on tenants is required.

We are Virginians, but love the beach and relaxing lifestyle in Fort Myers. Southwest Florida has great seafood, fishing, bicycling, shopping, nature walks, dining and socializing in a culturally varied community. We welcome tidy adults in our Gulf Harbour condo.
