This gulfview 2 bed 2 bath condo is RIGHT ON THE BEACH! and has a lovely 2 directional gulfview(south and west views)

The Beach is gorgeous (we have a vendor onsite who offers chairs and umbrellas for a daily or multi day rate) and the boardwalk makes it easy to get to the waters edge!

There are multiple pools available for use property wide.

We have Sassy Bass restaurant on property which serves great drinks and food with a fantastic gulfview!

Unit 3112 is a gulfview 2 bed 2 bath at the Gulf Shores Plantation. with queen bed in master, queen bed in guest bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in living room. It is a first floor unit but due to a slight raising of the units construction you still have a good gulfview. The picture is from the units balcony.

New flooring as of 2020 bedroom and as of 2021;

NEW stainless steel dishwasher, NEW stainless steel electric stove, NEW over the range MW.

This condo is also on the side where there is FREE parking
