Welcome to Saltwater Serenade in beautiful Fort Morgan! The Dunes is an exclusive gated community that offers many WONDERFUL amenities including a pool, inside pool, hot tub, fitness center, a BBQ picnic area, and just a short walk to the beach. This condo offers all the comforts of home including wireless internet, Direct TV, Smart TVs in every room, fully stocked kitchen, and indoor and outdoor dining. With a king in the primary, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, and a sleeper sofa you can comfortably sleep 4 adults and 2 children. Unit 701 offers breathtaking views from the balcony as you relax and have your morning coffee or enjoy the beautiful night sky here in Fort Morgan.

Right across the street is Tacky Jacks where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, or dinner while enjoying the view of the bay. Afterwards you can walk up the stairs to Pelican Scoops for some yummy dessert. Tacky Jacks is located at Fort Morgan Marina where you can rent jet skies, kayaks, paddle boards, or charter a boat.

Waterville USA, Adventure Island,The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, are just a few of the fun family-friendly Gulf Shores attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. While in Fort Morgan, you should tour the historic Fort Morgan and see where the saying “Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead” originated. While there, you can visit the historic mansion that was named after Revolutionary War hero, Daniel Morgan, then jump on the ferry and sail across to Dauphin Island.

Great location

Nice, spacious apartment with a beautiful view. We were 4 adults and 2 teenagers, and had plenty of room. Kitchen is nicely stocked with lots of plates, glasses and utensils, big griddle, coffee makers, toaster etc. We cooked every meal in the apartment, and it's so close to the beach, we just left our beach stuff there, while we came up for lunch on the spacious balcony. Very convenient!Beds are comfortable, AC and hot water works great, garbage chute on level 7, and lots of bath towels. My only complaint about the smaller bedroom is that it faces the walking path with lights that are on all night, so the bedroom is very bright. Bring a blackout curtain or ask host. High ceilings with ceiling fans.I messaged host with a question and she answered immediately. Great instructions for location and codes needed.Clean beach, lots of fish, dolphins and sea turtles. We had awesome waves for boogie boarding. The jellyfish was a problem and we got stung several times. Check for purple flags in the area before jumping in head first.Plenty of parking spaces and there's lots of outside grills. Nice pool area with a small gym. Unfortunately gym doesn't open until 8 a.m, but there was daylight at 5:30 am for a super nice beach run. I definitely recommend this unit, the view alone is totally worth it.
