Modern downtown loft central to an abundance of San Diego night life and dining venues. Easy freeway access and public transportation abound. Energetic business and entertainment district within blocks of Convention Center, Petco Park and San Diego Bay.
Our condo comes with 700 sq ft (65 m2) of living space. A new and secured building, it allows lots of sunlight through its floor-to-ceiling window. Expect a well-constructed property with sound insulation, keeping the street noise away.
The complex provides a range of amenities including secured access, a fitness center, a landscaped courtyard with community BBQ.
You will find almost everything you need as if this were your home:

** Fully equipped kitchen , including dishwasher
** Oven and electric cook top
** Washer & dryer (washing supplies included)

We are only 3.6 miles from San Diego International Airport - a 10 minute taxi ride. You can also take public bus #992 toward downtown and walk 3 blocks to our place.
The greatest benefit of staying in Downtown is that everything is just a few short blocks away in any direction - it's easiest to just walk! Most people who live around here don’t need an automobile.
Public transportation abound: MTS trolley & bus, Amtrak train, taxis, pedicabs, Greyhound and Uber (download the Uber app on your smartphone and use the code: 4lb7i to get a discount on your first Uber ride).

My wife and I are both from Orange County, California and return home quite frequently. I am an engineer, a photographer and maker. She is a digital media planner and wedding coordinator. Between the two of us we are extremely busy and use VRBO extensively, so we decided to open up our homes to others to enjoy as well.
Why they chose this property
Why NOT this property? The location is so perfect for those who must experience San Diego at its best. When the opportunity came up to buy this loft, we said YES in a heartbeat. Urban living with no car required!
What makes this property unique
Our unit is located in the heart of Gaslamp, however it faces AWAY from the main street, allowing less noise to filtrate through the walls. We particularly appreciate the tall ceiling and window that make our loft feel open and cheery.
