I enjoyed staying here. Close to a lot of places. Close to where I needed to be for work. Big enough for space for me and my dog.

We loved staying here! The loft is perfectly located in the gaslamp district and we could walk or take the tram anywhere we wanted to go. We walked to restaurants, the ballpark, the Marina, Little Italy, nightclubs, restaurants, coffee shops, the ferry launch, the grocery store— so easy. The kitchen is has full-sized appliances and a bar-height table and 2 comfortable bar stools, so it was convenient to cook and eat in. The owner allowed us to bring our little dog. The owner’s parents greeted us the first day and were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We would definitely go back again!

Looks out on a courtyard, away from street noise. Caitlyn was easy to get ahold of. Access to public transit was ideal-abus stop across the street, ten other bus/trolley lines within a ten-minute walk.

Great apartment. Stayed for a while as I had work in the area. The owner was EXTREMELY accommodating with any requests. Location was great, close to all kinds of places to enjoy San Diego.

Hello there! I am originally from the Los Angeles area and since then have slowly moved my way down the state. When I travel I tend to use VRBO and thought I'd put up my place for people to share when they travel as well! I graduated from UC Irvine *zot zot* and am looking to become a physical therapist in the near future and any little bit helps the well-known student loan crisis that I also have to endure.

Why they chose this property

Why NOT?! Such a perfect location. Walking distance to many San Diego attractions. Lots of public transportation options (trolley, train, bus, bikes, SCOOTERS). No car is required in this area as all needs are just a couple blocks away!

San Diego has such a variety of activities for everyone. Family travel zones, beautiful beaches, amazing hikes, night life for all types, and much more.

What makes this property unique

Centrally located condo in the heart of GasLamp. Quiet quarters since it faces AWAY from the noisy main streets. Walking distance to plenty entertainment options. A LARGE variety of delicious foods all in the neighboring streets and areas. The private balcony and floor to ceiling windows make this condo both homey and quaint!
