This spacious, Harbor Landing condo has recently been updated with new paint, carpet, and furniture. Conveniently located directly across the street from the Harbor Landing community pool, the condo is only a short walk from the marina and Back Water Jack's restaurant.

The contemporary condo is upstairs with vaulted ceilings and has 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths. The bedrooms have a king bed with bath (master), a queen bed, and 2 twins. The master is separated from the other bedrooms for privacy and has a beautiful water view. The lanai also looks out over the lovely view of the water and wildlife. The condo also features a fully-equipped kitchen, a one car garage and a laundry room. Hotwire cable TV and internet service/WIFI are provided.

Bonita Bay offers a complimentary shuttle to the Bonita Bay Beach Club where chairs, umbrellas and restrooms are provided along the gulf shores. Pickleball courts, bocci ball, and bike paths are available free of charge. Two Electra Townie (comfortable) bikes are provided.

30 night minimum stay required by the Homeowner Association.

Harbor Landing and Bonita Bay are beautiful.

This unit is very convenient to the pool and the neighborhood is very friendly. The beds are quite comfortable, too. We loved watching the wildlife from the lanai, so many beautiful birds and the alligator is so fun to watch. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with.

Perfect in Paradise!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful month in this lovely condo across from the pool! The hosts made sure everything was provided for a stress free & relaxing vacation! We can’t wait to return and enjoy the amenities and terrific view from the lanai!

Spacious and airy

The condo feels quite large with the vaulted ceilings and moving glass doors, bringing the living area and lanai together in a seamless transition. Shelly is a very responsive owner who does everything she can to assure a positive experience for her guests.

4400 Riverwatch

This property is in one of the friendliest neighborhoods. The pool was outstanding and right across the street. This unit is perfect for families, very spacious, well stocked and the beds were amazing!! We thoroughly enjoyed the sun porch which overlooks a pond filled with wildlife. The Jarnots were delightful to work with.

Great winter escape!

Loved staying at this beautifully remodelled, spacious, clean condo. We spent a lot of time on the lanai watching wildlife. 0wner provided excellent customer service. Loved the walking/bike trails. It was a plus having the pool right across the road. Enjoyed beach shuttle and private beach club. We loved picking up delicious take-out food at close-by DeRomo's Italian market in the Promenade. Would highly recommend and hope to go back!

Perfect and peaceful

We had a perfect and very peaceful vacation in Bonita Bay in the Harbor Landing condo. This is an upper unit, very spacious with high ceilings and lovely taseful furniture. We especially loved the lanai, where we were able to watch the wildlife, we saw turtles, birds and had our own gator who would swim in the lake every day. We are from Germany and enjoyed this because it was something we had never experienced before. We enjoyed the pool right across the street and of course the beach with the private parking. We have been several times to Bonita Springs and think that Bonita Bay is the most beautiful private community in the area. The owner provided us with all information that was needed, even medical information in case of emergency. Also shopping, restaurants and sightseeing is great. We would like to come back.

Perfect in Every Way!

We loved this Harbor Landing condo! What a breath of fresh air in terms of new furnishings with clean lines and uncluttered spaces. The photos really do not do justice to how spacious, light and airy this second story place is. It was so nice to be somewhere where there is fresh paint, new bed linens, simple but lovely art. This is just what you want in a beach vacation spot. We did it all while there. The location cannot be beat for easy access to the pool right across the street. Then take the neighborhood shuttle off to the beach, and you can have chaises and an umbrella set up for you! What could be better than that! Very convenient to stores and restaurants too. When you return to the condo, you can relax out on the lanai watching the alligators and bird life. Or cozy up on the couch and watch tv at night. I can't think of one thing that we lacked during our stay. The owners are responsive and very willing to answer questions or help out. We can't wait to go back next year!

We live in Edwards, Colorado, just to the west of Vail. We started going to Bonita Bay and Harbor Landing in 2001 when my parents bought a home there.

Why they chose this property

We love the spacious floor plan and nice water views. We completely redecorated the condo so everything is fresh and new.

What makes this property unique

The pool is directly across the street from our building making it convenient to grab drinks or lunch. The marina is just a short walk (5 minutes) along a lovely bike path.
