Our beautiful house is located near the Plaza de los Naranjos, in the heart of Marbella's historic district (Casco Antiguo), in a very quiet position.

It is a typical Andalusian four-story house with views of the surrounding rooftops.

Layout:
- First floor: hallway, room with two sofas and TV, bathroom with shower.
- Second floor: terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and typical Andalusian flowerpots; kitchen with electric stove, living room, dining room, and guest bathroom.
- Third floor: two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, and a furnished terrace with loungers and flowerpots.
- Fourth floor: spacious master bedroom with a bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower, and a terrace filled with plants.

The house is ideal for 6 people, perfect for couples or small groups of friends.

The beach is within a 10-15 minute walk. A car is not needed: beaches, restaurants, bars, and shops are all within walking distance.

The house is not suitable for elderly people or small children due to the numerous stairs. A paid parking lot is available a few minutes' walk from the house.

Great location in the centre of the old town. The traditional property was home from home. Very well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Monica, our host was extremely helpful, notifying us weekly of the timing for cleaners visits etc. We would not hesitate in recommending this property.

Old world charm in ideal location

We spent three weeks in the property over August and we delighted by the charm of the house, the location steps from the central plaza and the beach. Monica was a great host that answered all our questions leading up to the stay and during.

Monica was fantastic to deal with. Her home has lots of character and charm, and we felt very comfortable. The location was very convenient to restaurants, the beach area and all that old town had to offer. Fabulous!!!

Cozy home with terrific terraces in the heart of old Marbella. Shopping and eating opportunities abound. Easy walk to the beach. Small kitchen was perfect to prepare breakfast before heading out for the day. Did day excursions to Gibraltar and Ronda. Spent the rest of our time enjoying this lovely city and home. Owner is very good about answering any questions. Wish we had stayed longer. Will have to return soon!

Beautiful house in a ideal location

Beautiful large family house in an ideal location. Lovely traditional house right in the heart of the old town which is the best part of Marbella. Lots of interior space with all mod cons and lots of nice outside terraces for sunbathing. Just around the corner from orange square so an ideal location although it is difficult to find at first as the old town is a warren of narrow streets so a meet and greet somewhere such as the orange square which is easy to find would make the check in process much easier. Lovely house and the owner Monica is very helpful so I would definitely recommend. Thanks for a great holiday, Mark

We spend two weeks in August 2016 in Casa Andalusa. It was a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, very typical while very well furnished with everything you can need and very clean. The terasse is beautiful. It is situated in the Casco Viejo in Marbella at 1 minutes to the Plaza of Naranjos. You can enjoy the nigh life in Marbella without being disturbed while spleeping. It is 5 minutes walk to the front beach wich is very convenient with kids. It is an amazing place I would definitively recommend.

Casa da sogno!

La casa, situata in pieno centro storico, a due passi da Piazza degli Aranci, è molto accogliente e confortevole; rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione dell'annuncio. Il patio con gli arredi tipici andalusi è una vera chicca! Tutto è a portata di mano (garage, negozi, supermercati, ristoranti, bar..) ed il mare è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi. C'è sempre una vicina di casa a disposizione per qualunque evenienza. In poche parole, il modo migliore per vivere questa incantevole città! Da ripetere..

Casa caratteristica situata nel centro storico di Marbella ... arredata con gusto ..... che conserva innumerevoli ricordi del passato.....dove si respira la la tipica atmosfera dell 'Andalusia. Maison idéalement située

La maison est située à 2 pas de la place des orangers en plein cœur du Marbella historique. Très bien équipée, la maison est décorée avec goût et dans un style local. A noter que la situation permet un accès direct à la plage du centre ville (5' à pied). Je recommande vivement cette location !!

Great Location in the centre of Marbella

We spent a very nice week in this marvellous house in the centre of Marbella, just a few steps from the Plaza de Los Naranjos. A lot of nice bars and the Beach are reachable within a few minutes. The house is in typical old andalucian style. We can definitely recommend it.

Une maison pleine de charme

En plein coeur du quartier historique,proche des commerçants, à 5 minutes de la plage, cette maison de 3 étages , propre et bon état dispose de 3 terrasses tres agréables. Le service fourni par la propriétaire est de bonne qualité et ses conseils (restaurants, bars, locations de voiture ...) nous ont bien aidés. Je recommande cette maison.

"FANTASTICA CASA "tipicamente andaluza", de amplias dimensiones, y exquisita decoración, en el cogollo de Marbella, situada en un callejón cerca de la plaza de los naranjos, y los mejores garitos de Tapeos. Dispone de todo lo necesario para hacerte la visita muy agradable, con un patio andaluz, plantas- la recomiendo."
