Had a wonderful time! My only complaint was our tvs in bedrooms didn’t work! But we do Enjoyed our family time!

Great Place!

We enjoyed our girls get away! Lots of good places to eat and walk around. Only negative thing was poor cell phone reception. It was hard to make out going calls even on WiFi. We will be back!! The condo met all of our needs!! Very nice and well kept condo.

EVERYTHING in there was broken. Beds, vents, cabinets, etc. Walls were destroyed,everything outdated

Place was in terrible condition! Extra refrigerator put in dining room since kitchen refrigerator had been out of order. Lights burned out. Mildewed and stained cushions, entrance door lock failed multiple times. Kitchen floor filthy.

Great place

We stayed for Spring break and had a very pleasant experience. The location and view for this condo were perfect. I was easily able to text and communicate with property manager and only 2 minor issues were handled immediately. The only drawback is the narrowness of the beach which can't be helped. This made it tend to be rather crowded. The pools and hot tubs were very nice. We will be back for sure.

Bad start, appliances weren't working and poor customer service

Overall, it turned out okay. However, the issues we had when we first arrived completely colored the entire experience. We arrived right at the 4:00 check in time on Monday afternoon and discovered that the refrigerator wall of the kitchen wasn't working. Additionally, there was trash on the countertop and kitchen floor. We immediately called, and the representative said that no one was expected to check in. However, we had received confirmation as well as the check-in codes and procedures. No one came to remedy the issue until the next morning, which meant that the refrigerator wasn't cold enough for food until later that evening. It also meant that the groceries we had picked up on our way in spoiled. The next day was our only day intended for relaxation because we were hosting a wedding, and the activities began on Wednesday. Instead of being able to go to the grocery early and then spend the day at the beach, we had to deal with the maintenance issues. The representative told us that no one was available when we called because it was after hours. However, we called immediately after check-in at 4:00. It meant for a bad start to our vacation and wedding week!

Another wonderful family week atAdagio

This is our third year staying at the adagio. We bring our three daughters, three grand babies and only 1 son in law could make it but we always have a wonderful time. We feel it our home away from home. We will be back next year for sure
