Nice house close to the beach in beautiful quiet surroundings

The house is a fantastic place to stay. Beautiful surroundings, sea view from the living room, pool, tennis, bikes - the house is well equipped with everything you need. The house is cozy furnished, nice and clean. It is close to Port en Bessin, a smal town with resturants, shops and a supermarket. The house is perfect starting point for the sights of Normandy. The owners are very nice people and everything about the stay was perfect. I highly recommend the house as a holiday home

Mooi huis op een mooie locatie.

Fijn verblijf gehad. Mooi huis en voorzien van alle gemakken. Tennisbaan was ook een favoriete activiteit van ons tijdens onze vakantie. Helaas geen zwembad zoals wel in de omschrijving staat. Gelukkig staat het huis vlak bij het strand (kiezel) dus kan je daar afkoelen.

Super Lage, sehr schönes Haus

Super schönes Haus. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben super wohl gefühlt. Die Lage super für Ausflüge und nur zwei Minuten zum Meer. Für die Kids war die Tischtennisplatte und der Tennisplatz das Highlight. Leider keine Bäckerei in der Nähe gefunden. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Perfekte Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut perfekt. Ein Haus am Meer. Das Grundstück ist riesig. Im Haus gab es alles, was man benötigt. Da es ein Holzhaus ist, hört man jedoch, wenn man nachts einmal die Treppen nach unten geht. Das einzige was optisch nicht so schön war, war der Platz wo der Pool, Jacuzzi und die Tischtennisplatte war. Der Untergrund war mit einzelnen Bahnen von Kunstrasen zusammengehalten und sehr uneben und huckelig. Da gäbe es Potential den Platz attraktiver zu gestalten. Aber ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!

All too brief

Although a Canadian log cabin is somewhat out of place in the Normandy countryside it was very comfortable and has an unbeatable location with access to the small beach.

Wonderful house and surroundings

Greeted by the obliging owners on arrival, we received a lovely introduction to the very well equipped and spacious house. The house is beautiful and unusual for the area and has large grounds which include a private tennis court, ping pong table, large swimming pool and direct access from the garden to the beach. The area is perfect for learning about WWII and the landings on the Normandy beaches. There are plenty to see within a few kilometers. We had some lovely days and nights at this house, enjoying the sea view from the living room, BBQ on the patio, walks on the beach, fun in the pool. We highly recommend this house and would love to go back.

Superbe séjour

Superbe propriété complètement conforme au descriptif. Les enfants ont particulièrement adoré le large terrain, les équipements extérieurs, ainsi que l'accès direct à la mer ce qui a permis d'en profiter y compris les jours où le temps était un peu incertain. Les parents ont apprécié le calme, l'air marin et la vue splendide depuis la maison, l'espace et le confort de la propriété. Les propriétaires sont plein de sollicitude et avaient très bien préparé notre séjour, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir très vite chez nous, y compris avec un bébé de 2 mois... La propriété est toute proche de Port en Bessin, 11eme port de pêche de France, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de produits de la mer très frais et à un prix imbattable. Nous avons aussi pu faire très facilement des excursions dans la journée vers plusieurs sites touristiques (Bayeux, Caen, Mont Saint Michel, Cherbourg, etc). On vous recommande sans hésiter.

Une petite merveille

Construite par les propriétaire, cette maison en bois vous abrite dans une atmosphère tendre et douce. Il ne faut pas une minute pour se sentir chez soi. La situation est exceptionnelle avec accès à la mer au fond du jardin, ou nous avons passé de longues soirées à contempler ce paysage unique. L'accueil des propriétaire est à l'image de l'endroit. Nous les saluons chaleureusement et leur disons: Bravo et merci! À très bientôt.
