Great apartment in ideal location

Beautiful renovated apartment, in an ideal location by the beach/promenade. Has all you need for an enjoyable vacation on the beautiful beach in Calpe. AC - only in the living room, no fans to circulate the air. Area a bit noisy(restaurant close to the bedrooms) so had issues with the noise a few nights and closing the windows with no AC was not pleasant. Misses beach towels, beach chairs/umbrella - should be low cost to provide with the apartment and would make the stay even more enjoyable. Thanks for a great stay in Calpe!

Appartement très bien situé, vue sur mer. Plage et passéo juste en bas de l'immeuble. Immense piscine (il y en a 3).Sympa de petit-déjeuner ou manger sur la terrasse avec vue mer.Literie OK, cuisine très bien équipée, manque juste un lave-vaisselle.Garage fermé pour la voiture et vélos dans résidence voisine.La plage est nettoyée tous les matins, même au mois de mai.

Hemos estado de maravilla. El apartamento es muy cómodo y tal y como se muestra en las fotos. La ubicación es muy buena, justo al lado de la playa y con zona de bares, restaurantes y tiendas. En cuánto a la limpieza un 10, estaba impecable y el anfitrión una pasada, muy detallista y amable. Recomendable 100%

Parfait !

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans l'appartement. Il est propre, bien équipé et très agréable avec une belle vue mer et Penon. La situation est IDEALE : devant la plage, proche de tous les commerces et restaurants, à 200 m du port. Le garage est très pratique. Les piscines sont très agréables et surveillées par un maître nageur. José parle très bien français. Il a été très sympathique, de bons conseils et a toujours répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions. Nous conseillons fortement cet appartement (attention pour les personnes qui souhaitent le calme à la boîte de nuit proche où les consommateurs peu respectueux font du bruit en sortant). Nous y retournerons sans hésitation si nous revenons à Calpe.

Appartement très bien situé avec parking fermé, commerces et plage à proximité. L'appartement est très bien agencé et propre. José nous a très bien reçu avec un français impeccable (la concierge parle très bien français aussi). Ses conseils en matière de gastronomie nous ont été très utiles. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésitation.

Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Meer. Alles war sauber und einwandfrei, der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Das einzig ärgerliche war, dass das WLAN erst am 2. letzten Tag funktionierte. Sonst war alles tiptop. Sonnenschutz auf Balkon wäre noch wünschenswert. Jederzeit wieder, wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Très joli appartement, très bien situé, plage au bas de la résidence, restaurants à proximité, supermarché de l’autre côté de la route. Il est possible de ne pas prendre la voiture de ses vacances. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire. Il parle très bien le français, ainsi que la concierge de la résidence. Appartement à conseiller pour des vacances seul ou en famille!!

Todo muy bien ! La vista desde el piso, la tranquilidad en los dormitorios, las 3 piscinas en las cuales mi hija aprendio a nadar sin flotadores, el cuarto de baño es bastante grande. En el piso entra mucha luz sin que caliente demasiado por dentro. La ubicacion era perfecta en la Playa La Fossa, a 3 minutos andando del puerto y cerca de la Playa Poniente. Para ir al casco antiguo fuimos con el autobus, ya que la parade està delante del edificio. En menos de 7 minutos llegamos al centro urbano/casco antiguo. Que bien ! En resumidas cuentas : vacaciones perfectas!
