It has 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), equipped kitchen open to the living room, shower room with hydro massage, air conditioning, washing machine, toaster, beach chairs, iron, hairdryer, oven electric, mosquito net, bed linen and shower sheet included in the rental. Cot available on request. Terrace around the apartment with table and chairs.

Calpe is a family seaside town located 80 km from Alicante airport, 120 km from Valencia and 26 km from Benidorm.
The apartment is very well located 5 min walk from two beaches, the port where there are very good restaurants.

The host was lovely, kept in contact up to the handover of the keys and also checked in to make sure all was ok during our stay.The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location and a wonderful view of the Penon with our morning coffee on the balcony. I would definitely recommend the apartment and the host.

Nice place to spend your holidays

The flat is nice, very clean and cosy. There is everything what you need from the kitchen stuff, sun umbrella to shower gel. The host is super, helpful, friendly and replying really fast. The view from the balcony is amazing and only 5 min walking to beach. The only thing to consider it is 2nd floor with stairs, we were happy with that.

Hemos pasado unos días en familia y hemos estado muy bien. A la casa no le falta de nada, tiene de todo..muchos detalles chulos...la cocina genial, tiene de todo, super limpia y bien cuidada. En general el apartamento es súper cómodo y acogedor, el salón con vistas al peñón...nos facilitó la entrada y nos dejó entrar por la mañana...un lujo..Sophie estuvo ahí para cualquier cosa que necesitamos, muy simpática.Sin duda, cuando volvamos a Calpe nos volveremos a alojar aqui

Excelente ubicación!

El check in fue fantastico, ya que llegamos bastante tarde y se adaptaron a nosotros. Para ser un apartamento pequeño, lo tiene todo. Su ubicación a nada de la playa de la Fosa hace que lo volviese a elegir.

Sophie es una anfitriona de 10 pendiente de todo lo que necesites. El piso tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones estupendas,muy limpio y con un balcón con vistas preciosas. Todo cae cerca del alojamiento te puedes desplazar perfectamente andando sin necesidad de coche. Es mejor aún que en las fotos. Quedamos encantados con este lugar volveremos y lo recomendamos sin lugar a dudas.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement ! Il est aussi charmant que bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme à la maison. La décoration est soignée, et l’espace est agréable à vivre.Le quartier est un vrai atout : proche de la mer, avec de nombreuses plages magnifiques à découvrir, et entouré de commerces (magasins, restaurants, cafés…). Tout est accessible à pied, ce qui est très pratique.En plus, le propriétaire a été extrêmement accueillant et nous a donné de superbes recommandations : les meilleures plages, des restaurants sympas et même quelques bonnes adresses shopping. Cela a vraiment enrichi notre séjour !Nous recommandons vivement cette location et y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain voyage. Merci encore pour tout !

Perfecta escapada familiar

Lo único malo ha sido no poder quedarnos más tiempo . Apartamento acogedor con todo lo necesario y cerca de las playas, de las salinas, del peñón, y el casco antiguo está a un paseo agradable de 30-40min o a unos minutos en bus. Apartamento comodo y Ubicación perfecta

Hemos estado 3 dias como si fuera nuestra propia casa. No faltaba de nada en el apartamento. Cocina completisima con absolutamente de todo. Terraza enorme donde desayunabamos con la presencia vista del peñon de Ifach. La mejor playa a 2 minutos andando y Sophii la propietaria muy amable y simpática. Unaa experiencia estupenda.

Tiene una muy buena ubicación, y la atención por parte de la dueña ha sido muy buena. En el anuncio no mencionaba que era un tercer piso sin ascensor, y en mi caso es algo que tengo muy en cuenta.
