L'équipement intérieur est complet, l'ameublement confortble et la décoration soignée.de plain-pied elle offre un salon/salle à manger très spacieux, une superbe cuisine provençale bien équipée, un cellier/buanderie,une chambre parentale avec un lit double, un coin douche et une vasque pour ceux qui apprécient l'intimité ainsi que dex autres chambres,une salle de bains avec baignoire et des WC indépendant. le tout est climatisé.
une terrase s'ouvre à l'est depuis le séjour.on accède à une deuxième terrase plein sud depuis la cuisine.le coin piscine est cloturé. Grand terrain arboré équipé de mobiliers de jardin.

Very happy with our holiday

We had a lovely holiday at this villa, we stayed 4 weeks with various comings and goings of family and friends, all made easy thanks to the washing machine on site. The garden and large swimming pool are gorgeous, lots of garden furniture to choose from and the pool is cleaned twice a week by the owner, who comes by at 06:00 in the morning in order not to disturb the tenants. The house is spacious and well equipped, everything is provided including pool towels which is a bonus when space is limited in the car. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, with lots of extras that are not usually found in a rental property – such as electric blenders, choppers, etc. The air conditioning works well to keep the house cool. The town centre of Fontvielle is 15 minutes walk away with lots of restaurants to choose from. Overall we’re very happy with our stay.

Perfect Family Holiday Home

The host, Jean Claude was extremely welcoming and friendly. Jean Claude was very patient and spoke enough English to fill in the gaps in my French! Gave us a tour of the house and explained things clearly about waste and recycling collections, WiFi, when he would be attending to the pool. Etc. The house was clean, spacious and had its own charm & personality. Coffee maker, big fridge-freezer, the washing machine & drying rack made quick work of our washing, A/C, a big TV to watch the Olympics. Dinner times were great, large table inside and outside. All the cookware & utensils you could need. Great gas BBQ outside too! There was enough room to keep our two cars off the road. We spent a lot of time in the pool, which was excellent throughout the stay. Very clear and clean. The pool was perfect for the younger children (4 & 6) as there is a small ledge that runs all the way around the pool and wide steps at one end. The area is exceptional, Fontvieille is a lovely small town. The Velorail was great fun for the kids. Arles is nearby with its fantastic Roman architecture, Saint Remy is bursting with life and is a great spot for dinner. Les Baux-de-Provence is very picturesque. Pont du Gard is always a favourite for us (take some swimwear!). If you want some beach time, Saintes Maries de la mer is the place to go. Don't miss the amazing fort town of Aigues Mortes too! All in all a fantastic holiday and we would simply love to stay in this house again! Thank you

Le gîte est situé au calme, un peu à l'écart du village mais à quelques minutes en voiture du centre du village et de toutes les commodités de Fontvieille (supermarché, café, restos, boucherie, pharmacie, etc). Le gîte est de plain-pied, spacieux (4 chambres), lumineux et avec une décoration soignée. La terrasse est agréable avec une belle piscine. L'accueil est chaleureux et sincère.

Calme et détente au bord de la piscine

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette grande maison très bien équipée et calme. Un grand jardin avec une terrasse et une belle piscine ont agrémenté nos après-midis et nos soirées. Bel accueil, propriétaire disponible et réactif. Le village de Fontvieille est accessible à pied. Les commerçants sont très sympathiques. Nous recommandons cette location pour découvrir Fontvieille et ses alentours.

Magnifique !

Belle semaine de vacances en famille dans ce logement très bien équipé et climatisé. La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques ! Le joli village de Fontvieille est accessible à pied. Un grand merci aux hôtes qui sont très sympathiques. Le seul petit défaut de la maison est que 2 des chambres sont en enfilade. Je recommande ce logement !

Wunderschöner Garten

Wir haben uns im Haus mit dem wunderschönen Garten mit Pool sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf erreichbar. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Es ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Hier und da fehlt was, wie z.B. ausreichend Stühle am Esstisch, es sind nur 6 vorhanden aber das Haus ist für 8 Personen, oder es fehlt ein Wasserkocher (obwohl im Inserat angegeben - wurde angesprochen und uns wurde gesagt wir können Wasser in der Mikrowelle oder auf dem Herd zu erwärmen) und zu wenige Becher/ Tassen. Dafür ist die Küche mit vielen anderen Sachen und Geräten ausgestattet wie Waffeleisen, Küchenmaschine, elektrisches Messer, Fondue, viele Auflaufformen, Backformen .... Es gibt einen Gasgrill - Gasflaschen stehen bereit. Der Pool ist schön groß und wird 2/Woche vom Vermieter gereinigt, der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt.

Vacances très agréables en famille (8)

2 semaines passées 2ème quinzaine d'Aout 2022. Propriétaire sympathique, à l'écoute et réactif. Villa agréable avec toutes les commodités. Extérieur tip top avec grande piscine et de l'ombre tout au long de la journée. Voisinage très calme ; centre-ville à 15mn à pied. Idéal pour se reposer et prendre du bon temps en famille. Je recommande.

Schönes Ferienhaus, empfehlenswert!

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, hat 4 Schlafzimmer, verfügt aber nur über ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einer Dusche, die in einem der Schlafzimmer integriert ist. Es gibt allerdings zwei separate WC's. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön mit schönem Schwimmbad und großer Terrasse. Wir verbrachten Ende August, Anfang September unseren Urlaub dort. Das Wetter war angenehm warm (ca.28 Grad), allerdings war uns das Schwimmbad mit ca. 24 Grad Wassertemperatur doch etwas kalt. ;) Das Haus liegt etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt in ruhiger Lage. Es ist insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 3 jeunes enfants. La maison est très bien conçue. La piscine est sécurisée par un grillage et un portail qui ferme à clé . La piscine est grande. Très beau jardin arboré. Salon de jardin agréable . La maison dispose de toutes les commodités. Draps et serviettes de toilette fournis. Maison au calme. Les propriétaires sont charmants. J ajouterai qu il est possible de se rendre au centre ville de fontvieille à pied. La maison est très bien située , près des points d intérêt . Bref , nous recommandons !

Excellent séjour en famille en Provence

Une très belle maison avec une merveilleuse piscine. Très bien équipé avec bbq et plancha. Idéal pour passer un séjour en famille. Jean-Claude et sa femme étaient très accueillant et sympathique. On a passé un excellent séjour avec nos enfants et deux chiens. Je le recommande sinceramente.

Wir haben wunderbare Tage an diesem schönen Ort verbracht.

Wir (4 Erwachsene mit Hund) haben 12 wunderbare Tage in diesem grosszügigen Haus verbracht. Auch an heissen Tagen ist es im Haus angenehm, da es eine Klimaanlage hat. Der Garten ist ganz umzäunt und der Swimmingpool kann zusätzlich abgetrennt werden, was ideal ist für Ferien mit kleinen Kindern oder mit einem Hund. Das Haus liegt ganz ruhig am Rand des Dorfes. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuss im Dorfzentrum. Fontvielle ist ideal, um die Provence und die Camargue zu erkunden. Das Meer bei Saintes-Maries-de-la- Mer ist mit dem Auto in 40 Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder an diesen schönen Ort.

Fijne vakantiewoning van super-vriendelijke eigenaren!

Bij aankomst waren we aangenaam verrast met frisse drankjes in de frigo en lekkere 'sacristains'. We hebben genoten van het heerlijke zwembad en de ruimte om het huis. Binnen konden we verkoeling zoeken dankzij de airco. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. We hebben een superleuke vakantie gehad!

Parfait pour des vacances en famille !

Cela fait deux années de suite que nous passons une semaine de vacances à Fontvieille. Les propriétaires sont charmants et font tout ce qu'ils peuvent pour vous rendre la vie agréable. Accueil sympathique et chargé de petites attentions, boissons fraîches, fruits.. Environnement calme et sécurisé (piscine clôturée), maison familiale agréable et spacieuse. Aménagements extérieurs (terrasse ombragée, barbecue..) bien pensés, permettent de profiter au maximum de la vie au soleil. Important aussi : animaux bienvenus. Il est évident que nous reviendrons si nos projets de vacances nous ramènent dans le sud.
