Guest Access
Guests will receive a unique, reservation-specific access code through our app/website to unlock the passage door inside the garage that leads into the home. A separate general code is provided for the garage itself; because the garage is considered a shared/public access area, guests should always lock the passage door behind them to secure the house. No physical keys or garage door openers are provided. Passage door codes are active only for the duration of the reservation and expire at checkout.
Interaction with guests
We respect your privacy and will not be on-site or in residence during your stay. Our local property manager is available to assist with any needs that come up, and we’re always just a text away for questions.
Other Details
For security and property monitoring, exterior cameras are installed around the home and may be periodically viewed by select members of our family to help ensure the safety and upkeep of the property and to confirm access for scheduled vendors. There is also a camera in the garage to monitor this primary access point. Cameras are positioned only in exterior/common access areas—never inside the living spaces—and should not be covered, disabled, or obscured at any time during your stay.
Please note that the garage is considered a public/shared access area, as vendors, utilities, and security personnel may have access to it as needed. Guests may use the garage, but it does not secure the home—always keep the interior passage door locked. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, remain on-site for the duration of the stay, and is responsible for all guests. We do ask for email/mobile for contracting and provide our direct information for you to contact us. No personal information is shared with other parties.
