Large Pool and Yard, Central Location, Corpus Christi Neighborhood

Hacienda Sombrero is a conveniently located 4-bedroom, 3-bath house situated on a large lot at the edge of the Corpus Christi neighborhood of Cozumel. Staying here means you will be close to everything, yet have the privacy that comes with a gated property.

The majority of the lot is taken up by the ample backyard, which has a large pool, a small shaded area for outdoor dining, and plenty of loungers and seating for everyone in your group. At night, the yard is lighted by rustic lanterns, making the outdoor space usable both during the day and evening hours.

Inside, this rustic-style house has four bedrooms and four baths. Two of the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, while the master bedroom and a small alcove bedroom is located upstairs. Bedroom 1 downstairs had two full size beds and shared a hallway bath, while Bedroom 2 has its own private bath and king size bed. The master bedroom upstairs also has a king size bed and a private bath with a large walk in shower that overlooks the pool area.

The 4th bedroom is located in a small bedroom off of the 2nd floor terrace. Even though it's small, this bedroom, which has a full size bed, gets plenty of light because it's nearly surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the pool.

The common area is located downstairs. The sunken living room has a large TV with cable, a DVD player, and opens up the dining and kitchen space. The kitchen, in turns, has a door which opens up onto the backyard.

Whether you have a small or large group, this house is perfect if you want to be within walking distance of the ocean, which is three blocks away, the central square, which is about a 20 minute walk, and lots of different restaurants, grocery stores, and bars.
