This beautiful and comfortable villa is perfect for a couple or perhaps 2 couples. It is very well equipped, in a very nice neighborhood and convenient to several good restaurants and supermarkets. The villa and outside area is completely walled in and very private. A glass wall/door on one entire side of the villa opens completely to the outside and extends the living area. Oksana is a wonderful host - communication with her was very easy before and during out stay. She showed us the villa and the neighborhood, and checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable.

Hallo Urlauber,wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, absolut alles da was mann für erholsame Tage braucht. Sehr gut ausgestattes Haus und eine super Vermieterin die uns tolle Ausfugsziele, Restaurants usw. gezeigt hat was wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Wir hatten für die 14 Tage ein Mietauto was ich auch enpfehlen würde um die traumhafte Strände zu erreichen. Ein rießen Dankeschön an Oxana (Vermietern) für die Unterkunft und die tollen Tipps was wir auf Sardinien alles sehen konnten. Für den nächsten Sardieneienurlaub ist diese Unterkunft auf jedem Fall vorgemerkt.

Die Villa Liri ist ein tolles Ferienhäuschen in einer ruhigen Gegend, fußläufig zum Strand. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Strände oder von Cagliari. Oxana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns viele wertvolle Ausflugs- und Restauranttips gegeben hat. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung und auch der kleine Garten ist gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Hinweis vorab: Die Palmen auf dem Foto sind nicht mehr vorhanden, dem schönen Ambiente tut das aber keinen Abbruch. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet – Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen, zwei Bäder (eins mit Badewanne) und Mückengitter in den Schlafzimmern. Besonders schön: Frühstück bei offener Fensterfront in der Sommerbrise. Auch der Außenbereich mit vier Sitzplätzen wurde ausgiebig genutzt. In kühleren Nächten schliefen wir bei offenem Fenster – dann hört man allerdings das morgendliche Hundegebell aus der Umgebung.Alles Nötige ist vorhanden, wenn auch teils versteckt: Schüsseln im Sideboard, Gläser über dem Fernseher, Töpfe im Ofen. Alles ist gepflegt. Im Außenbereich: viele Pflanzen, automatische Bewässerung.Oxana und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich. Nach einem Autoeinbruch (Wertsachen im Auto gelassen – bitte nicht nachmachen!) fuhr er mit uns zur Polizei und dolmetschte. Die Wohnanlage ist sicher, ein Safe ist vorhanden – den hätten wir besser genutzt.Der nächste Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar – Sand, Felsen und Kiesel. Für eine schnelle Abkühlung völlig ausreichend. Praktisch: die Außendusche am Apartment.Ein Coop versorgt mit allem Wichtigen, Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Häufig nutzten wir die Pizzeria Antares. Weitere Tipps gab’s von Oxana – viele Ziele sind mit dem Auto erreichbar. Am Hafen (fußläufig) gibt’s eine gute Bar und ein Restaurant – Reservierung empfohlen!

Parfaite petite maison proche de la mer

Charmante petite maison moderne proche de la plage. Elle possède tout l'indispensable pour passer un super séjour. Literie très confortable et climatisation dans chaque pièce.Oxana est une hôte tellement gentille et accueillante, qui a pris le temps de nous faire découvrir les environs.

Maison conforme aux photos, très bien entretenue, une propriétaire plus que disponible à notre arrivée et très serviable. Logement bien situé entre cagliari et villasimius pour profiter d'un maximum de plages. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Schöne FeWo mit freundlicher Vermieterin

Die Ferienwohnung ist bis auf Töpfe sehr gut ausgestattet (Gewürze, Spülmaschinentaps etc). Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen, haben Tipps bekommen und wurden auch während des Aufenthaltes mit Empfehlungen bestens versorgt. Wir würden die FeWo jederzeit weiterempfehlen und selbst wieder besuchen!

Une très belle petite maison dans un quartier residentiel dun grand calme

La maison est tres bien equipee pour les vacances c'est parfait ! Le plus cest un grand frigo et congelateur ce qui est appreciable pour ne pas voir à faire les courses tous les 2 jours !!! Le jardin est adorable et le palmier est bienvenu pour donner de l'ombre ! La 1ère plage est a 300m et là déjà une eau christalline ! Lappartement est situe à mi chemin entre cagliari et villasimius et donc non loins des plus plages de ce côté ci. Le sejour fut babuleux ! Oxana est geniale et repond à toutes les questions. Elle est tres disponible et tres bienveillante.Elle nius avait même laisser des serviettes pour la plage alors que javais emmené les nôtres... Vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés ! Merci encore Oxana !

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes kleines Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, schöner Garten zum Verweilen. Strände in der Nähe ca 15 min sehr schön, Sandstrand, türkises sauberes Wasser. Nicht zu vergessen auf dem Balkon oben gibt es eine Drachenfruchtpflanze mit einer sensationellen Blüte. Oxana hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns hilfreiche Tipps und Anregungen gegeben. Insgesamt können wir das Haus zu 100Prozent weiterempfehlen 😊

Trauminsel Sardinien

Uns hat der Aufenthalt auf der Insel sehr gut gefallen. Wie können uns eine Rückkehr mehr als gut Vorstellen. Im Haus haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und der kleine Garten hat uns gute Dienste erwiesen, um den Nachmittag oder auch frühen Abend noch an der frischen Luft zu verbringen, während die Kinder spielen konnten. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sie jederzeit erreichen und haben wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt erhalten. Die wirklichen Traumstrände und größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein Stück entfernt, so dass die Nutzung eines Autos sinnvoll oder sogar notwendig ist.

Mai-Urlaub in Südsardinien

Villa Liri liegt nah zum Meer und zum Coop. Das Haus war sehr sauber und und entsprach genau den Beschreibungen. Alles, einfach alles war vorhanden. Insgesamt ein sehr, sehr schöner Urlaub.

Notre séjour à Casa Liri chez Oxana

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à Casa Liri : Oxana nous a accueilli avec chaleur dans sa belle petite maison idéalement située, à mi chemin vers Cagliari et les plages idylliques de la côte est. Oxana est une des plus agréables hôtes jamais rencontrée : elle nous a accompagnée jusqu’à la plage à pied à 5 minutes et la marina. Elle est restée disponible pendant notre séjour et nous a indiqué les meilleures plages à tester. Une bouteille de vin et une d’eau nous attendant dans le frigo. La maison est très bien équipée : tout y est ! La climatisation est st un vrai plus, les prises anti moustiques, un jardin très beau et la douche extérieure ! Nous avons vraiment beaucoup aimé ! Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés !

Alles was das Herz begehrt 😊

Für uns waren die 8 Nächte sehr erholsam. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr freundlich mit Sekt empfangen und über die Unterkunft und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bestens informiert. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön eingerichtet und beinhaltet alles was das Herz begehrt. In der Umgebung befindet sich ein Supermarkt, ein Café und Restaurant. Der naheliegende Hafen macht eine Anmietung für ein Boot halbtags und auch ganztägig möglich, so dass man viele Strände und Buchten Richtung Villasimius bestens ansteuern kann. Es waren wundervolle Tage!

Tolles Angebot, hervorragende Betreuung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt in Oxanas Haus: die Einrichtung ist in sehr gutem Zustand, WLan funktioniert einwandfrei, das Haus war beim Eintritt sehr sauber und hat einen schön gepflegten Garten. Zweite Junihälfte ist immer noch low season, und somit war es schön ruhig. Wir können dieses Angebot nur weiterempfehlen, vor allem auch, da wir bei Fragen von Oxana stets prompte Unterstützung erhielten.

Komfortables, liebevoll gestaltetes Haus mit Garten

Das Haus von Oxana ist sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Weit öffnende Glasschiebetüren verbinden den Essbereich mit dem schönen Garten. Wir wurden von Oxana persönlich begrüßt und sie hat uns das Haus mit all seinen Annehmlichkeiten gezeigt. Im Kühlschrank waren Sekt, Bier und Wasser bereitgestellt. Kaffee, Gewürze Nudeln und Reis usw. waren in den Küchenschränken. Wir bekamen wertvolle Tipps zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Gegend und zu den schönsten Stränden, die wir sonst sicher nicht gefunden hätten. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit an unsere Freunde weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir wurden ganz herzlich von Oksana empfangen. Sogar ein Obstkorb, Wasser und Secco standen bereit. Das Haus mit kleinem Garten ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der nahegelegene Strand ist nicht so schön, man kann aber wahre Traumstrände in 20 - 30 Minuten Autofahrt erreichen. Das Restaurant über dem Supermarkt ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ansonsten gibt es noch ein weiteres Restaurant am Yachthafen., das im Oktober allerdings nur bis 16 Uhr geöffnet hatte. Wir haben es nicht getestet. Für einen Ausflug nach Cagliari liegt die Unterkunft sehr gut. Dort kann man eine tolle Segway-Stadtrundfahrt buchen! Wir kommen sicherlich nochmals nach Sardinien!
