Welcome to Augusta 4!

Create unforgettable family memories in this spacious home just a short ride to the Sunriver Village! Nestled in a quiet setting yet just a short walk from Sunriver’s best activities, this retreat is designed for fun, relaxation, and quality time together.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for family gatherings. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace for game nights or a favorite movie on the cable TV. The dining table seats eight, with four more at the kitchen counter, making mealtime a breeze in the well-stocked kitchen. Plus, the laundry room is conveniently located right off the kitchen—ideal for handling post-adventure cleanups!

Parents will love the spacious main-level king ensuite, offering privacy and a relaxing tub/shower combo. Kids will be thrilled with their own space in the bunk room, featuring two sets of twin bunks perfect for sleepovers. The upstairs bonus room provides extra hangout space with a sleeper sofa, a large TV, and even a DVD/VCR for classic movie nights. The third bedroom has a queen bed, while the fourth offers two queens—plenty of room for extended family or friends.

Step outside to the large deck, fire up the BBQ, and enjoy outdoor dining while the kids play. End the day with a soothing soak in the private hot tub under the stars. With seven adult bikes included, the whole family can easily cruise to the Village at Sunriver for shopping, dining, or a sweet treat. In winter, cross-country ski right from your backyard onto the fairway!

Whether biking the trails, exploring Fort Rock Park, or just relaxing together, this Sunriver home is the ultimate family-friendly retreat!

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

A very pleasant get away in middle of winter

Overall, we enjoyed the stay. Good location. Well-maintained property. Hot tub works well even when it is very cold. The only disappointment we had, which kept us from rating a 5 star, was that there was no ping-pong table (listed on VRBO). We were hoping to play some ping-pong while there..

We have been dreaming of a white Christmas!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After renting Augusta 4 previously for Christmas with our family we finally hit the nail on the head with a white Christmas this year! The house is such a perfect fit for our family including adult children and two granddaughters. The only "possible problem" would be the fact that the snow was so deep it covered the garbage cans and they were frozen shut outside. ;-) Having the option to have a Christmas tree in the unit when we arrived was such a helpful one and we all had a nice time decorating it. We will be returning to Augusta 4 for another Christmas in the future!

Great family gathering spot.

Great family gathering place close to Sunriver Village, great separation of space, relaxing view, well stocked kitchen and table large enough for everyone to gather around. We loved our stay so much we extended another night. We are all leaving ok’ing forward to returning next year!

Nice house

Our guys were there working, just needed beds and Washer and dryer for laundry and house was great for their needs. We did not use anything else... oh they said Coffee pot worked great that is the only kitchen appliance they used.

Summer arrives in Sunriver

Home had everything you could want for a week in Sunriver. Location is excellent, bikes make it easy to get over to the Village for shopping, dinning or extra groceries. Enjoyed the deck overlooking the golf course too.

As usual we had a great time with family at your home. We had difficulty regulating the heat. So hot upstairs and cold downstairs. A ceiling fan would help and time to replace the windows from the 70’s. Do love the location!
