This wonderful, air conditioned, single-level home boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, plus a small bonus area with a TV and a sofa, accommodating up to 12 of your closest friends and family.

Upon arrival, step up onto the large, wrap-around deck and head to the front door - you will enter into the great room with an open sight line to the living area with vaulted ceilings, a beautiful river rock, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and comfortable seating. Preparing meals for the group will be a breeze in the well-stocked kitchen. Start with breakfast in the morning at the farm style dining table, then end the day by stepping outside onto the deck to grill dinner on the gas BBQ and dine at the two patio tables.

After a soak under the stars in the private hot tub, head inside for a good night's sleep. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable king bed, while bedroom 2 has a king bed and a twin bunk, perfect for a young family. The 2 remaining guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. You'll have to pass through the bonus TV room to access the back bedroom, but it provides a great secondary living space for the kids to watch a movie!

Tour all of the local hot spots in Sunriver on one of the 7 adult bikes you will find waiting for you in the garage! Tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk or ride either direction down the adjacent bike path will bring you to the north grocery store or tennis courts. The fun at Fort Rock Park is found a 1/2 mile away, while shops and restaurants at the Village at Sunriver, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of this home.

Sunriver family week

Great house!! The 2 bedrooms with king beads were perfect for our daughters and their spouses and little kids and the 2 queen bedrooms were great for the couples without kids. Super close to the store, quiet neighborhood. We loved it!!!

Loved this house

This house was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. And, because we are all getting a little older, we appreciated that the entire home is on one level. The home was clean, comfortable and not too fussy. The couches were comfortable as were the beds. The location was excellent and very quiet. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here on our next visit to Sunriver.

Great getaway in Sunriver

Quick family getaway. Some had been before others had not. Loved all amenities and options for activities. Just wish this property had privileges to The Cove and/or SHARC. Description of rental should spell out non-access.

Sunriver getaway

This is a well located large home the comfortably accommodated our large family. Kitchen was well stocked and pots and pans were in great condition. The beds in the two suites were too soft for our liking and two of the three couches in the living room are broken down and need replaced or cushions restuffed, something.

Perfect floor plan for our group

We had a fun mix of young couples and older couples in this house and the great separation of living spaces worked out wonderfully. The kitchen was big and very well stocked with every cooking appliance and gadget imaginable. Tons of extra bedding and towels which is always appreciated. Very comfortable home and even without AC in the middle of July it stayed fairly cool. Enjoyed staying here and it worked very well for us.

Nice home on the north end huge spaces

We enjoyed staying at this home- it has large spaces and lots of private baths for a large family gathering if needed . Great kitchen- it snowed and we enjoyed making soups and comfort food. Quiet cul de sac close to north store and bike trails

Great layout

This house has a great layout and I appreciated the quick communication. Very easy to check in and out. There was a few things that could be updated/fixed but nothing major. Overall it was wonderful and met all our needs.

Summer in Sunriver

This is a great house to rent for a big gathering. We loved the ping-pong table and Hot-tub. I would recommend without a doubt.

Perfect for four couples

There were 8 adults and it was a perfect house. The showers are older but the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was more than stocked with everything to make big meals. The hot tub was lovely. Not the most modern place to stay but it was comfortable and met all our needs. Close to Sunriver Village and Bend. We would love to stay here again!

July 2016 Stay

We had a great stay at the Splitrock house. It was set up well for our extended family and we all had plenty of space. The kitchen was very well-stocked which was great for cooking for so many people. I would definitely recommend this house to other people.

Family reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful snow Great house Only difficulty was with enough hot water when showering. Each person that showered ran out of hot water.
