This is a spacious, single level home in the heart of Sunriver. This property has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fantastic back deck. The light and bright living room boast a new flat screen TV, portable A/C, a cozy gas fireplace and plenty of seating. The adjacent dining room seats 8 and the kitchen holds all the equipment you'll need to whip up your family favorites.

Bedroom one is an ensuite with a king bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 holds 2 new Twin beds. Bedroom 4 has a new Pyramid Bunk (Twin over a Queen bed).

The huge deck in back provides a wonderful gathering and relaxing place with built-in benches, a private hot tub, and space for guests to bring their dogs to play too. Owners just added brand new flat screen TVs throughout the home. Foosball, Ping Pong, bikes and an additional fridge are provided in the garage for your enjoyment! Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 bikes provided with this vacation rental house.
