Fully Furnished Long-Term Rental Centrally Located In Sonoma County

Long-time VRBO EXCLUSIVE property.

We are now accepting inquiries for the summer! Due to the town of Windsor deregulating short-term rentals, the minimum lease is for 30 days or longer. A long-term unfurnished lease is also available.

The location is ideal, located just 2 miles from Healdsburg and 2 miles from the Windsor train station. Situated in a neighborhood right off the 101 highway, count on lighted streets and a $5 Uber ride into town.

Repeat guests receive special rates. Convenience, cleanliness, and concierge service come with longer stays. All furnishings, including linens, towels, kitchen supplies, paper products, and blow dryers, are included. Also included are a crockpot, vintage juicer, tea kettle, coffee press, Keurig, coffee pot, teas, sugars, etc.

The backyard has couches, a table with available tablecloths, a gas fire pit, a beautiful garden, and string lights.

The home has been ideal for guests who are remodeling, for business stays, and for patients receiving treatment nearby. PLEASE DON'T PAY FOR RESERVATIONS VIA WIRE OR CHECK. Great Home

We stayed here for a wine tasting weekend and it was fantastic! Conveniently located near safeway so we could run and grab stuff we forgot but still super close to wineries! We’d definitely stay here again!

Sonoma Wine Nest rocks!!

The Sonoma Wine Nest was a great choice for us during our trip to California wine country! Claudia was a pleasure to work with and the house was so cute! The beds are comfy, great water pressure, quiet neighborhood. It's also close to the main roads, making it easy to get around the area. We loved spending time in the backyard as well! Wish we would have been able to stay longer!

Comfortable, Convenient, and Clean

This house was located right off 101 so was very convenient to access. Its about a mile from the grocery store and 2-3 miles from downtown Windsor which was also a place. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We had the ability to park in the garage which was nice. We didn't use the backyard but it had a nice set up for relaxing. The host was nice and super responsive. Would derinitely stay here again.

Girls trip

We had an amazing time! The house was just as listed and Claudia is amazing. Responds almost immediately and always good for any suggestions needed. We spent a lot of time on the back porch drinking coffee and wine visiting with each other! Much needed vacation and this was the perfect place!

Outstanding value for the money

We highly recommend Claudia's house for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Sonoma wine country. The house is well equipped with all essentials, and when we discovered several minor issues [dealing with oversights of her new cleaning/maintence people at check in they were quickly and courteously resolved. The location is very well situated just off highway 101 to make exploring the range of Sonoma County wine country very enjoyable and easy. We highly recommend Claudia's "Sonoma Wine Nest."

Family weekend for Graduation

We visited Windsor for our nephew's High School graduation in June and were very happy to rent this wonderful property for the weekend. It was the perfect amount of space for my husband & I, our daughter, and my Mom to stay. The house was very clean and we felt very welcome upon our arrival. It was well stocked, just as described in the amenities. We enjoyed the back yard for our morning coffee; & enjoyed the fire pit, one of the evenings. We would love to stay here again, on another visit to Windsor. Thank you!!

Charming property

The wine nest is the perfect spot for a upscale vacation. The house is tastefully decorated, yet very welcoming. It’s conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and wineries. I highly recommend.

Gem in wine country

We were four mama friends that live spread out across the US now and hadn’t seen each other in many years. We chose to get together and meet in wine country and found this property on VRBO. We liked that the property had so many good reviews and a nice outdoor area. The hostess was great leading up to the trip. She shared a wealth of info with us and made recommendations. More importantly she answered any and all questions promptly. The property and location were awesome. The house was clean and suited our party of 4 perfectly. We loved the outdoor area to hang out after our tours concluded. We were so close to many shops, restaurants and wineries. I can’t wait to go back and when I do, I will definitely book this property again!

Excellent Experience

The home was everything we hoped for. My daughter and I had taken my 80 year old mom to visit my brother for the first time in 20 years. She has dementia and this may very well be her last trip out west. It was a very heart warming visit and it felt like we were coming back home each evening. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. The owner, Claudia, was wonderful to work with as well.

Girlfriend Wine Country Vacation

The house was comfortable, clean and conveniently located. There are restaurants and shops very close by. Easy to get on the highway and be at the vineyards in minutes! Our host offered many great suggestions and she was easy to contact and was warm and welcoming. We would love to return!

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed the house and the location was fine; anything closer to Healdsburg was much more expensive. We really loved the fire pit and the privacy on the patio. Only suggestion would be to add a coffee grinder for the coffee fanatics who wouldn’t dream of using pre-ground coffee. The horror! (I’m a tea drinker)

We had a beautiful visit at the Sonoma Wine nest. The house was just adorable, and was very clean. Everything was as described. Claudia was very responsive and even helped us out with a few hiccups. Thank you. The house had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Comfortable beds, nice linens, fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need for an enjoyable weekend. Cute house + great location

This house was ideal for a girls' wine getaway. It was very clean and had everything we could need, and the decor was cozy and stylish. The outdoor patio was the highlight and the ideal place to unwind after a day of wine tasting. The location was perfect for visiting Healdsburg (less than 10 mins away) with lots of shopping and restaurants and being so close to Highway 101 made traveling to wineries very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here!

Sonoma Wine Nest

We were pleased with the lovely accommodations at the Sonoma Wine Nest. The location was perfect for the activities we had arranged. We not only enjoyed having three bedrooms but also using the very pleasant back yard area. Although we had difficulty with the TV, the host made every attempt to keep in contact with us as we attempted to correct the problem.

Wonderful Stay

We loved the Wine Nest. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you would need. Olivers is the nearby grocery store that has wonderful products if you want to cook or purchase prepared foods. Great location for visiting Healdesburg and the Wine Country. We look Uber or Lyft into Healdesburg for dinners so we didnt have to drive. The host is very responsive and will answer any inquiries quickly. Book here - you wont be sorry you did.

I have worked in the short-term vacation industry since 2013, assisting short-term renters in Los Angeles. We have been hosting guests in Sonoma County since 2015, with one of the homes in the area receiving the most 5-star reviews.

Our home can accommodate the pickiest traveler. Although we love dogs, we do not allow pets for guests to enjoy an allergy-free home. With an ease of check-in, comfortable sheets, and all the necessary amenities, we have prepared a home for you to fully enjoy.

It has meant a lot to us to provide a home to a couple of fire victims, local residents who need extra rooms for relatives, and multiple patients who have come to Sonoma for treatments in San Francisco while staying near to relatives, not to mention retirees who came for a few months to enjoy all that Sonoma has to offer.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I carefully searched Napa, Sonoma, and the Russian River areas for almost 2 years before deciding on Windsor. Although this town was not famous as a vacation destination then, it has been ideal for several fire victims, patients, and retirees who have come to Sonoma to enjoy all that Sonoma County has to offer.

The Santa Rosa airport is just 7 miles from the home, providing convenience to get to as well. The location is what makes for a great experience. Location! Location! Location!

What makes this property unique

The home is just the right size for a single tenant or a couple who occasionally host friends and family to visit. You won't feel lonely in a big home, but you will have room to have visitors stay a night. It's just the perfect size, in the perfect location, for the perfect price.
