beautiful villa for rent beach front in a natural setting of rare beauty, north of the beautiful beaches of VILLASIMIUS and COSTA REI in the south-east coast of Sardinia. vacation home located in a residence surrounded by the Mediterranean, a few meters from the sea. fine sandy beach and shallow waters are the perfect ingredients for a unique and unforgettable holiday for the whole family. The house is located on a hill located a few meters from the sea, a super panoramic position. The beach is 700 meters away and you can also reach it on foot. Nearby there is the heart of the village with pool, tennis court, organized excursions by bike, mini golf, gym, spa & wellness center, massages, bike rental, playground, entertainment staff, mini club, evening entertainment.
Animals are welcome.
The house consists of a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, microwave oven and everything you need to cook, two panoramic terraces from which you can enjoy a spectacular sea view, in the living area allowing you to make some splendid meals and also barbecue with a breathtaking view and the other located on the second floor in the sleeping area where you can admire spectacular sunrises and sunsets even while lying on the bed, also this terrace is equipped to have breakfast directly in the sleeping area, the house has furthermore there are two bathrooms, one in the living area with a washing machine and one in the sleeping area both with a shower, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a triple bedroom. Air conditioning is available both in the living area and in the sleeping area

Nice and calm place to stay with beatifull outlook to the sea
We have spent two superb weeks in this property and we have really enjoyed that. The apparment is freshly renovated, and there are two teraces where you can sit, relax and enjoy sunrise in the morning or experience "full-moon" rise in the evening like we did. As the appartment at hill side above the sea the outlook is beautiful. There are plently options for swimming - rocky beach just below appartment, shelfy beach for kids in walking distance (Sp. di Porto Corallino) or long and clean beach of Porto Corallo, which is 3km away and many more options (typical for Sargegna). Besides that there is small shop to buy fresh bread, few restaurants and good pizza in the village so you do not have to use car if you want to completely relax :-)
We had very good communication with property owner, who was also available over Whats'up messenger whenever question/issue occured.
Overall, it was relaxing vacation, we are planning to return back next year.

Magnifique vue sur la mer !
La maison est très bien pour un séjour en famille. La vue depuis les deux terrasses est magnifique, et la climatisation est un gros plus quand on part en Sardaigne au mois d'août.
Le linge de maison n'est pas compris dans le prix, mais vous pouvez l'avoir en payant un supplément.
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce logement.
