Great rental for a family

We are a family of five and this rental fit our needs quite well. It is a three story walk up, but had a modern newly renovated kitchen and two bathrooms with showers. There were three single beds in one room, a double sleeper in the main living room, and a single bed in the loft upstairs. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. Both areas, private room and main living space, had air conditioners, however, with the 95 degree temps we experienced in Florence while we were there, the apartment was not as cool as we would have liked. Although, it was much cooler than outside!! In normal temps, the air conditions would have been more than adequate. The apartment was conveniently located and with in walking distance to many restaurants and sights. The apartment was right near a central market which allowed us to buy many delicious items, including wine and have a late mid afternoon snack before heading out to our dinners. Overall it was a very good experience.

Dear Mrs Deborah, I am very happy to read her excellent review. The apartment is new and we tried to make it as enjoyable as possible. We will review the conditioning facility to follow your well-advice. We hope to return it as our guest. Roberto. .

APPARTAMENTO CONFORTEVOLE E IN OTTIMA POSIZIONE

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 3 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'annuncio corrisponde perfettamente a quanto ci aspettavamo. Proprietario disponibile e molto gentile. Quando torneremo a Firenze ci piacerebbe soggiornare ancora qui. Grazie !

Good location

Nice apartment in a good location away from the tourist area of the Duomo. The owner was very accommodating and arranged for an additional twin bed in the bedroom. I don't think it was very clear in the description at the time of booking that this is technically a one bedroom apartment. There is also a low ceiling loft with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area as shown. It may be difficult for some people to use the stairs to the loft. We appreciated the 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. The owner also let us check in about an hour early and the young lady who met us at the apartment provided us with a map of the area, gave us some suggestions on where to eat and even helped get our luggage up the stairs. I would definitely recommend this apartment, however it may be a bit small for 7 people to sleep comfortably.

great location

Overall it was really good. We only had 3 people stay here and that was good. The foldout couch would have been miserable to sleep on as it is not very good as a bed (FYI for those who want to put 7 here). Location was good and it was quiet. WIFI worked well and it was really good for what we wanted for the month.
