We strongly disagree with the accusation that this was a scam. Our office closes at 7:00 PM, which is why we were unable to respond until we had read your message. Furthermore, check-in arrangements were to be coordinated directly with the concierge, not with our office. The correct check-in procedure is important to ensure a smooth arrival, and we regret that there appears to have been a misunderstanding regarding these arrangements. We take our responsibilities seriously and strive to provide all our guests with clear instructions and professional assistance.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the nighttime noise from the nearby bar, over which unfortunately we do not have power. As you mentioned, the bedrooms are positioned toward the back of the apartment to help minimize sound, but we understand it may affect guests sleeping in the living area.
