As has been mentioned elsewhere, the property is large and the pictures don't do it justice. Its a bit of a way out of town so you definitely need a car, but there are great beaches 5 mins away. Recommend this place

Excellent property for a group of 3 generations sharing a holiday. Great space and amenities for everyone, short drive to a range of restaurants in Alcudia, Porto Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa. Quiet neighbourhood, and responsive service from owner and manager - a major overnight sandstorm meant that the pool needed a major clean the next day, all sorted efficiently. Would happily recommend.

Brilliantly equipped and very spacious.

Such a lovely time in a wonderful villa. Brilliantly equipped and very spacious. Extremely comfortable beds. Kids loved the pool and adults loved the choice of sunbathing venues. Ideal walking distance to three restaurants, even with smaller children. Some lovely nearby beaches too. Excellent service when minor issue arose (completely outside control of owner). Very much recommend.

Nice clean villa. Mosquito plugs in all rooms. we had a problem with the toilet in the main bedroom and the washing machine, but both were fixed very quickly. We felt that the villa was getting a little "tired" compared to the pictures. For example, the sun loungers were different to the ones in the pictures and looked very old. with at least 4 broken and not usable. The villa is in a residential area, quite a distance from any shops, bars and restaurants of any real interest.

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen, wirklich schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Der Außenbereich ist toll, schöne schattige Terrasse und ein Super Pool. Ebenso gab es ein Trampolin und Tischtennisplatte inkl Schläger und Bälle. Schöne Bucht in der Nähe.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut für eine Familie geeignet.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Deshalb ist es verständlich, dass hier keine Parties erwünscht sind. Die Agentur war in den Geschäftszeiten immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns in dem Haus wohlgefühlt und können es mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Family holiday

We really loved our stay at this villa. It was a very modern villa with a lovely garden and pool. We did find that the beds were a little hard and just for added comfort it would have been lovely to have a ceiling fan above the seated outside space. We would thoroughly recommend staying here as we had a lovely time at the villa and exploring the local area.

The property was great. Really clean and spacious. Perfect for what we wanted.

Brilliant property, perfectly suited to our needs. Loads of room, great sized bedrooms (one of which is downstairs), brilliant kitchen diner. It is over 2 floors, which for some may be an issue, but not for us. Overall this is a very lovely place to stay. There were a couple of very minor issues - which I think are due to wear and tear and are to be expected in a holiday rental property, but they didn’t spoil the overall experience (and I am very picky). We will certainly stay here again when returning to the island.

Aussen hui innen naja. Selbst auf Nachfrage keine zusätzlichen Handtücher. Bei dem Preis für eine Woche muss man auf die Gäste eingehen. Die Sauberkeit naja. Bettlaken sahen benutzt aus. Die Toilettenbürste ekelhaft. Kühlschrank hat nach Chlor gestunken. Die Scheiben dreckig. Haare in der Dusche. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Außenanlagen auch sehr schön.
