This modern, comfortable and air-conditioned villa is located in the beautiful Bon Aire (Alcudia) and offers the residents a wonderful view of the bay of Pollensa, the peninsula Formentor and the Tramuntana mountains. On the ground floor there is the open living / dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, each with access to the terrace and the pool area. On this floor there is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom with separate shower room. Both bedrooms each have a double bed. The master suite with large bathroom is located on the upper floor. Here you can also reach the large roof terrace with spectacular sea views. The southwest exposure offers breathtaking sunsets over the bay of Pollensa and the Tramuntana mountains.
The scenic Bon Aire is one of the most exclusive and spared by mass tourism residential areas in the north of Mallorca. It is an ideal starting point for various activities such as hiking, water sports, golf, tennis and cycling. Beautiful idyllic small bays with sandy beach are about 2 km away. It is just 1.5 km to the Bon Aire Marina and 3.5 km to the idyllic old town of Alcudia. Port Alcudia is 4.5 km away and the renowned Club de Golf Alcanada is 8 km away. At the Port de Alcudia begins the sandy, large and popular sandy beach of Alcudia.

Very nice stay in comfortable villa

Comfortable and spacious villa, nice pool, great rooftop tarrace, good contact with property manager. Very quiet neighbourhood which is huge plus. The only remark is that you need to have a car as there is no cafes or shops nearby (1km to shop and bar in marina)

This house is lovely and well stocked with everything you would need. The outdoors spaces are beautiful and so relaxing. The views from the top deck are stunning.. This house was great for the two of us but would be a lot of fun for a family or several couples. The owners are very responsive and accommodating.

Even better than the photos

This is a really lovely villa, extremely well equipped and comfortable. The upstairs terrace is wonderful for sitting in the evenings and watching the sun go down. The location up the hill in Bonaire is good for heading down to the beach for an early morning swim and a couple of local restaurants within easy walking distance. Also very easy to venture a bit further to Alcudia and Pollenca with good and easy local taxis if you don't want to take the car. We really appreciated the quality of the kitchen as we enjoy cooking - it was very well equipped with everything you could need. Overall a great villa that we really enjoyed staying in and would recommend to others.

Great Property With Stunning Views

This property is absolutely stunning, everything has a high end finish and it is decorated and furnished perfectly for its setting. The rooms are perfect, the pool and roof top terrace are ideal for family and friends. This was probably one of the most relaxing holidays I've had, barbecuing fresh fish on the roof terrace, while drinking wine as sun sets will stay with him. Perfect location for exploring Northern Majorca as Pollensa and Alcudia only 10 mins or so away, we also popped to Palma for the day which only took 50 mins. Probably a 15 minute walk down to a couple of bars and restaurants, also nearby are a couple of beaches in secluded coves. I suspect we will be back.

Lovely clean, spacious property and well equipped with modern amenities - as described in details. We're a family of 4 with two teenagers (15 and 19). Enabled us to have a lovely relaxed break without feeling on top of each other. 2 outdoor areas also - one with a nice pool we used every day and one up top that meant sunshine morning til sundown if you wanted it! Also offers beautiful views of the mountains across the bay and great sunsets.Owners were responsive and helpful with any queries we had (not that we had any issues whatsoever)Close (10-15 mins walk) from nearby restaurants & supermarket and a couple of small but lovely beaches just a 5 minute drive away (best ones we visited in the north of the island due to the beautiful sand, shallow beaches and also had a nice little cafe/restaurant)Easy taxi ride into Puerto Alcudia where there's an extensive range of shops, restaurants and bars. Would recommend a car to get about.

traumhaften Urlaub verbracht in traumhafter Umgebung und in einem traumhaften Haus. Alles perfekt sauber und gepflegt. Küchenutensilien reichlich vorhanden und ebenso alles sauber und ordentlich. Betreuung vor Ort durch Christian sehr freundlich und jederzeit zu erreichen für Fragen und Tipps. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer von der Dachterrasse. Die Ausstattung ist klasse. Einziges Manko, während unseres Aufenthalts gingen leider zwei Klimaanlagen nicht. Somit war das Schlafzimmer im OG aufgrund der Wärmeentwicklung nicht nutzbar und auch im Wohn-/ Essbereich war es teilweise sehr warm. Hier kam uns der Vermieter aber unaufgefordert preislich entgegen. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben im Juli zwei schöne Wochen in dieser tollen Villa verbracht. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind traumhaft und bei der Ausstattung merkt man, dass die Villa mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Es wurde an so vieles gedacht, dass man sich dort einfach nur wohlfühlen kann. Hervorheben möchte ich hier auch die umfassende Küchenausstattung. Es war sogar ein Milchaufschäumer vorhanden. Der Garten und der Poolbereich sind hübsch angelegt und der üppig tragende Zitronenbaum war ein optisches Highlight. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer und dem Verwalter war jederzeit sehr freundlich und zügig. Wir können diese Villa auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Pure Erholung - Balsam für die Seele

Die gepflegte Villa liegt am Hang des Berges inmitten einer ruhigen Villengegend. Alcudia Altstadt ist mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Mnuten zu erreichen. Alternativ ist es eine anspruchsvolle Joggingstrecke, die wirklich Spaß macht. Über dem traumhafte Pool steht ab mittags die Sonne, so dass man nach Herzenslust schwimmen oder einfach nur Sonnenbaden kann. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und ist mit allem Ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und sind gut erholt nach Deutschland zurückgekehrt. Wunderschönes Haus mit fantastischer Aussicht

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen - es wurde einfach an jedes Detail gedacht. Insbesondere die Küche war phänomenal ausgestattet. Außerdem gab es in jedem Schlafzimmer einen TV mit einer tollen deutschen Senderauswahl. Sowohl Innen als auch der Außenbereich waren sehr sauber und die Dachterrasse bot eine fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer. Auch die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos - vor Ort fungierte Christian sehr diskret und verlässlich als Ansprechpartner. Ab und zu trat in der Umgebung leider im geringen Maße Baulärm auf. Trotzdem würden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

Wunderschönes Haus, herrlicher Urlaub

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in der herrlichen Villa. Sie bietet alles was ein ruhiger Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist fantastisch, das Wohngebiet gehoben und sehr ruhig. Man kann vom Haus zu Wanderungen starten oder ans Meer gehen. Die Sonnenuntergänge mitzuerleben sind fantastisch. Aber auch im Haus wird viel geboten. Für uns ganz wichtig, die Betten sind hochwertig und sehr bequem, die Klimaanlage zuverlässig und ruhig. Selbst bei den Kopfkissen wurde auf Qualität geachtet. Die Küche hat genügend Geschirr und Materialien und ist hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir haben die Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse genossen, neben dem Zitronenbaum von dem wir ernten durften. Auch die Betreuung durch den Verwalter und den Vermieter war prima. Bei Fragen waren sie beide sofort und freundlich ansprechbar. Selbst der Poolreiniger war diskret und höflich. Wir haben uns von niemandem gestört gefühlt. Auch die Aufteilung ist prima. Im Erdgeschoss sind 2 Zimmer und 2 der Bäder. Das 1. OG hat dann ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad und einer wirklich sehr großen Terrasse von wo aus man abends bei einem Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Wir wählen selten das gleiche Haus nochmal, aber diesesmal haben wir das und freuen uns bald wieder in Bonaire zu sein.

Urlaub in schönster Umgebung

Alcudia-Bonaire ist eine der schönsten Gegenden Mallorcas. Das Haus liegt ideal: in der Nähe Alcudias, aber ohne Touristenströme; nahe dem Naturschutzgebiet La Victoria und trotzdem mit guter Anbindung; auch der Strand ist leicht zu erreichen. Auf der Dachterrasse hat man all dies in einem schönen Überblick. Unvergesslich sind die Sundowner mit Blick auf Gebirge und Meer. Das Haus ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Gästebetreuer Christian hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles gut erklärt.
