The Treputxell apartments in L'Estartit are located on Molinet promenade, a charming pedestrian walkway by the sea with spectacular views. This is undoubtedly one of the most charming and privileged corners of the Costa Brava.



It's a place to forget about the car during your vacation since you can walk everywhere: close to the harbor, the beach, shops, restaurants, dive centers, and the lively atmosphere of the Costa Brava.



This small building with only 7 apartments has an entrance from Molinet promenade at beach level and another entrance from Cap de la Barra street, with about 50 meters of a slight incline.



It features a communal pool and terrace with breathtaking views to relax and enjoy with family.



This apartment includes 1 parking space, and access is through Cap de la Barra street. Bed sheets are included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also add towels when making the reservation at a cost of €5 per person.

Beautiful location with sea view. Great terrace with outdoor BBQ. The beds are short and small and the shower needs an update.

Good flat but quite noisy

Flat has beautiful views and easy access to all beaches. Downside is the swimming pool downstairs which means loads of noise from neighbours.

Der Blick auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Der Balkon ist großzügig und die Aussendusche sehr angenehm. Aber die Innenausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und due Matratzen eine Zumutung.. Also sehr gemischt.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Zustand der Küche, insbesondere fehlt eine Spülmaschine, Schubladen und Türen. Stabilere, bessere WLAN-Leitung. Sehr grelles Licht im Wohnbereich. Die Dusche im Minibad muß ebenfalls dringend renoviert werden.

La terrasse et la vue. La proximité du port et des services tout en étant au calme. La place de parking La 2ème chambre est minuscule, préciser que c'est une chambre enfant. Le lit de cette chambre est vieux et bruyant. Le changer. Équipement cuisine un peu vétuste

Schlechter Zustand, tolle Lage.

Das Apartement hat eine tolle Lage. Die Ansprechpartner im Büro in Estartit sind sehr freundlich. Badezimmer: Erneuerung der Dusche, Auswechseln des völlig verkalkten Duschkopfes, des Wasserhahnes in Bad sowie Küche. Das Wasser muss Minuten lang laufen, damit es warm wird. In der Küche ist es noch schlimmer. Da wird das Wasser erst nach einigen Minuten warm - nicht heiss - Das ist besonders ärgerlich, weil man das Geschirr von Hand spülen muss. Das Küchenmobiliar ist völlig veraltet. Das Plastik-Gestellt für das gewaschene Geschirr war sehr dreckig. Die Stühle am Esstisch sind sehr instabil und wackeln, wenn man drauf sitzt.

Zeer aan te raden!

Wat een prachtige locatie! Leuk appartement met groot balkon en grill (!) op terras. Zeer mooi uitzicht over het strandje en haven van l'Estartit. Vanuit het appartement loop je zo naar het stadje toe. Lekker koffie drinken aan de boulevard. Het kan allemaal! Lampen op terras en in zwembad aan (werken niet). Netjes wit schilderen van het gebouw en de muren rondom het zwembad. Is nu erg grijs allemaal.

Ausstattung, Lage

Die Lage ist perfekt. . Parkplatz am Hauseingang. Sehr freundlicher Service. Die Küche ist mehr als revovierungsbedürftig. Die Schubladen fallen einem fast entgegen und ein Geschirrspüler wäre auch nicht schlecht. Zumal das zwischenzeitlich Standard ist. Ausserdem funktionierte beim (Röhren)- Fernseher die Fernbedienung nicht. Das einzige deutsche Programm, ZDF, mußte vom Techniker erst eingestellt werden. Die Waschmaschine rostet seit Jahren vor sich hin.

La vue et la terrasse. L'emplacement près du centre d'Estartit Le logement est vieillot et les équipements de cuisine notamment sont réduits. La 2ème chambre est minuscule avec un lit superposé vieux et grinçant qui n'a pas été remplacé depuis des années.

Einfach nur sein

Der Ausblick auf Hafen, Strand, Meer, Hügel und Himmel. Wir wollten gar nicht diesen Balkon verlassen. Wunderschön! Ich mag die Ausstattung dieses Appartments, mit alten Bambusmöbeln und Bildern von J.Fuster. Der Wirtschaftsraum ist sehr praktisch und geduscht haben wir nur "draußen ". Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ich denke, die Mängel sind bekannt. Verkalkte Rohre=geringer Wasserfluss. Heisses Wasser erst nach ca.5min. Abfluss im Bad verstopft. Dusche im Bad haben wir nicht benutzt, fand ich etwas ekelig. Silikon müsste erneuert werden etc. Eine neue Matratze wäre auch schön.
