Super sejour dans une rue très calme avec place de parc en suffisance .La Villa est équipée avec tout le confort donc nous avions besoin( manquait juste un sèche-cheveux et une machine a café a capsule) mais ca n a pas influencé la qualité de notre séjour.Piscine au top .

La villa est bien située proche des commerces et de la mer. Quartier calme. La climatisation a été très appréciée et les espaces dans la maison également Les meubles de cuisine sont un peu vétustes et un réfrigérateur supplémentaire serait apprécié.

Super séjour à Miami platja dans une maison propre sans vis à vis et tous le nécessaire disponible serviettes, papiers toilette, ustensiles de cuisine dans le salon les photos ne sont pas à jour à mon étonnement c’était beaucoup mieux avec 2 canapé et un écran TV bien grand pour les soirées cinéma sans oublier une belle piscine Plus ou de meilleurs éclairages autour de la piscine et dans la piscine et du bois au lieu du gravier autour de la piscine cordialement

Casa amplia y cómoda, piscina alucinante y bbq pequeña pero funcional. Tanto la decoración como los muebles son muy anticuados, aunque eso es secundario. Cocina poco equipada, había menaje pero nada más, ni sal. La zona era puramente residencial sin tener NADA cerca como para ir andando. Ni cubos de basura cercanos había. Se recomienda esta estancia, pero que se tenga en cuenta esto

Hemos estado muy cómodos en el alojamiento. Tiene TV de pantalla grande, lavavajillas, lavadora, climatizador en cada habitación... Tiene extras como libros, cartas, y mucha vajilla. Volveremos a repetir. Se podría pone otro calentador de agua, ya que para seis personas, el calentador que hay no llega para que se duchen más de tres personas seguidas porque se agota el agua caliente.

Maison en zone résidentielle très calme, beaucoup de place pour se garer. Plage à 17 minutes à pied. On peut vivre toute la journée à l’extérieur, même en août grâce aux courants d’air et à l’ombre. La piscine est très agréable, grande et à l’ombre au bon moment. La maison est conforme aux photos, bien distribuée, avec des rangements, très propre . Cuisine très fonctionnelle, peut-être quelques matériels supplémentaires seraient bienvenus. Des équipements comme égouttoir, plats pour le four, grands saladiers supplémentaires, essoreuse à salade.

Das Haus und das Möbel sind nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand, aber dafür alles sauber. Der Kühlschrank hat nicht richtig funktioniert, daraufhin haben wir das gemeldet und erstaunlich schnell ist jemand vorbei gekommen und sich darum gekümmert. Jeden Tag ist ein Mitarbeiter vorbei gekommen um den großen Pool sauber zu machen. Die Poolbeleuchtung wurde leider erst am letzten Abend eingeschaltet. Fazit: Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden die ruhige Lage in Miami Platja wieder empfehlen.

une semaine dure dure !!!!!

on est arrivé et on a attendu 2 heures en pleine chaleur devant la maison.... heureusement que le ramasseur de linge salle nous a déposé à l'agence pour récupérer les clés. Il est vrai que c'était préciser dans le mail reçu 2 mois avant qu'il fallait passer prendre les clés. Je pense qu'un petite rappel une semaine avant serait pas de trop. C'est une belle maison, pièce spacieuses et la climatisation dans les chambres et la salle à manger est très agréable. Pour la cuisine bien équipée par contre la vaisselle est vétuste et ébréchée dure d'avoir 4 verres identiques. Coté extérieur la piscine est très belle bien entretenue et la douche est vraiment appréciable avant et après. Coté salon de jardin les chaises étaient vraiment vielles et usées par le soleil, à tel point qu'a notre 4 jours nos vacances ont virées au cauchemar ma mère était assise sur une chaise en plastique et elle s'est retrouvé au sol et avec les 2 mollets ouvert à cause des pieds de la chaises. du coup on a fini aux urgences à Cambril et on a due y retourner tous les jours pour les soins. De ce fait on est parti la veille de notre séjour à 16h00. a ce jour nous n'avons jamais eu de nouvelle du propriétaire ou de l'agence pour avoir des nouvelles suite à cet incident. Je pense que l'agence aurait pu nous faire une petite remise .... Sinon on aurait pu passer un très bon séjour dans cette maison.
