Bonita casa de 2 plantas con un precioso jardín exclusivo, piscina, barbacoa, solarium y porche, muy cerca de Cambrils y Salou. A 20 minutos del parque de atracciones Port Aventura. La vivienda tiene 3 habitaciones, sala de estar, 2 baños, cocina (equipada con frigorífico, lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, horno, vitrocerámica y todos los utensilios de cocina), cuna para bebé, terraza solarium, porche, jardín privado, parking, piscina comunitaria para uso exclusivo de 3 casas.
En la planta baja: habitación con cama de matrimonio, aseo, cocina y sala de estar (con aire acondicionado) con acceso a un porche con barbacoa en un precioso jardín particular de 150 m2. A través del jardín privado muy seguro para los niños se accede a la zona comunitaria con piscina para las 3 casas que forman la comunidad.
En la primera planta: baño completo, habitación con 2 literas y una cama nido, la habitación de matrimonio con aire acondicionado, cuna para bebé y amplia terraza solarium.

Lovely Holiday Home.

Lovely house. V clean house and pool. Lovely quiet area, would need a car to travel around. Very convenient to travel to various Towns and Cities. Manuel was always on hand to answer questions. Pool is a very added bonus especially in the warm weather. It was cleaned twice while we were there. Would recommend this property.

sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Spanien. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Manuel ist ein sehr netter und guter Vermieter. Er war immer per Whatsapp erreichbar und bei Fragen haben wir stets schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Dank Google Translater gab es auch keine Sprachprobleme :-) Gerne wieder :-)

La zona es muy tranquila, perfecto para descansar y desconectar. La casa preciosa, con todo el equipamiento necesario para hacer agradable la estancia, el jardín pues que os voy a decir, da gusto disfrutar de esa maravilla... La piscina se comparte con tres casas más pero en las fechas que fuimos estuvimos sólos casi todos los días. Con anfitriones como Manuel repetiría sin duda, muchas gracias por todo.

Maison tout confort. Séjour parfait.

Notre séjour s’est déroulé idéalement. Manuel l’hôte est d’une grande disponibilité et nous a fait bénéficier d’un bel accueil. La maison est propre et dispose tout simplement de tout le nécessaire pour vivre et fonctionner normalement. Dotée de trois chambres, une salle de bain et une salle d’eau, c’est tout confort (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, balcon, terrasse…). La climatisation est présente dans le salon et la chambre parentale mais manque dans les deux autres chambres, en cas de fortes chaleurs c’est problématique mais des ventilateurs sont mis à disposition. Le jardin est magnifique et spacieux. La piscine est un atout majeur très appréciable. Nos enfants l’ont adoré. Une place de parking privée est disponible dans la propriété. Pas étouffés par l’effervescence, le quartier est très calme, idéalement situé près de l’autoroute et à quelques minutes de la plage en voiture. C’est à la fois calme et proche de tout en voiture! Étant en famille c’était parfait pour nous. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit charmant, propre et au confort idéal.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir hatten bereits im Vorfeld regen Kontakt mit Manuel und konnten alles ohne Probleme besprechen. Manuel ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber und wenn irgendwas ist einfach eine Email oder WhatsApp schreiben. Klappt ohne Probleme. Der Komplex besteht aus 2 Doppelhäusern, also 4 Einheiten die sich den Poolbereich teilen. Manuel hat seinen Gartenbereich mit viel Liebe gestaltet, ein Ort an dem man gerne verweilt. Zum Einkaufen befindet sich eine Autominute entfernt ein Supermarkt oder 5 min entfernt über die Autobahn 2 weitere.

Bonne villa dans l'ensemble

La maison de Manuel est très sympa dans une petite résidence avec piscine à partager entre 4 villas. J'ai mis seulement 3 étoiles pour la communication entre nous et le propriétaire car on ne parle pas espagnol, ni lui le français. Il faut envoyer par écrit nos demandes mais il est très réactif à répondre aux questions. Pour l'emplacement, quartier très calme et résidentiel, situé pas loin de l'autoroute, par contre il faut prendre la voiture pour aller faire les courses. Dans l'ensemble, se fût un très bon séjour avec un bon propriétaire très réactif.

Bonita y tranquila casa.

Hemos disfrutado 10 dias en esta casa, y la verdad que hemos estado muy a gusto, limpieza y menaje muy bien, jardín y piscina super bien, el dueño muy amable, cualquier dudad por wasap nos la resolvió. Muy cerca de la casa hay un consum y a 7 minutos en coche, mercadona, lidl... Y unas calas muy bonitas para visitar.

Uns hat es sehr gefallen dort zu wohnen. Es ist sehr schön und gemütlich, wunderbare Terasse zum Grillen und zum Entspannen. Schöne sauberer Pool. Eine gelungene Aufenthalt! Das einzige was gefällt hat ist Wlahn und Radio.
