Small terraced house with its enclosed garden and terrace. It is located 50 meters from the sea. (I go to drink my morning tea in my pajamas on the beach.....)
You have 1 bedroom, a mezzanine, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, food processor, blender, electric citrus juicer, etc.)
Linens are for rent.
The house is well-maintained and must be returned in the same clean condition. Cleaning is the tenant's responsibility, either they must do it themselves or it must be paid to Aurélie on site, for a flat rate of €120 and an additional €80 linen option for 4 people.
The dishes, placemats are pretty, etc.
In the garden, you have deckchairs, sun loungers, cushions galore, an exotic wood table and chairs, parasols, etc
