Very nice property with all the facilities you need. Spacious and good area close to beaches. Very nice for kids. Safe property and very nice owners. Ponda Rosa is a beautiful place.

Absolutely amazing place with great owners the house is very well prepared. I've had the pleasure to stay there with my family to celebrate a 10 year reunion we stayed for 2 weeks end of October and the weather even allowed us to use the pool. We will for sure return hopefully soon.

The property was purfect for all our needs and kept imaculate Nigel the property manager was so helpful and he was the iceing on the cake. This villa had every thing that was needed for our stay and was not at all isolated so please book and dont take my word for it 10 out of 10

Een geweldige villa precies omschreven als op de site. Fijne en lieve host. Fijne communicatie van Nigel, niets is teveel gevraagd. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in de villa. Rustige omgeving, voor kinderen is er van alles aanwezig. Top locatie, komen zeker een keer terug.

Fabelhafte Anlage

Wir reisten mit 10 Personen und einem Kleinkind an, deshalb buchten wir beide Villen. Bei Ankunft empfing uns Nigel mit einem Begrüßungskörbchen welcher mit Knabbereien und Getränken bestückt war. Zur Einweisung führte er uns duch die gesamte Anlage. Das Babybett montierte er anschließend in dem von uns genannten Zimmer. Die Villen bieten ausreichend Platz und sind mit einer Verbindungstür verbunden. Sonnenliegen und Gartenmöbel sind auch für kräftigere Personen geeignet Die gesamte Anlage war sehr Sauber. Spitzenmäßig sind die Outdoorküchen, ausgerüstet mit Gefrierkombi, Gasgrill und Plancha. Ein PKW ist auf jeden Fall nötig, da die Villen entfernt von Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten liegen. Wir würden immer wieder die Unterkunft mieten.

The pictures do not do the villa justice. It's absolutely wonderful with great attention to detail. Very well furnished villa with wide range of kitchen equipment, books and DVDs. We loved it.

Nous venons de passer d’excellente vacances en famille. De plus, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans la villa ; des petits jeux pour les plus jeunes comme des activités pour les plus grands. Il y’a même de quoi se reposer pour les parents. Ajoutant à cela que Nigel et Gustavo sont de merveilleuses personnes avenantes. Le seul petit conseil que je peux vous donner est de prévoir un transport sur place afin que votre voyage soit sans défaut.

Interaction with guests: We will meet you at your Holiday Villa to show you round, explain all and hand over your keys. Arrivals are between 2pm - 9pm . After 9pm a Late arrival fee applies. Arrivals are NOT accepted at the property after 11pm. Departures are by 10am on day of departing. We are a Fully Legal Holiday Rental Home, therefore ID will be collected on your arrival for each guest staying and their details passed to the Authorities. We welcome you to ask any questions you may have about the Villa, Local Areas etc etc. We are always contactable if any problems arise during your holiday stay.
