Renovated apartment. We had a real crush on this apartment, this garden, this sea view in a beautifully maintained and quiet residence. We offer for rent this new property that we have carefully equipped to further improve the comfort of your vacation:

The Haut des Issambres area is located between Frejus - Saint Raphaël in the East and Sainte Maxime in the West with a breathtaking view due south on the sea and the Golf of Saint Tropez. In a secure setting with automated access grids, trees and flowers, you have access to the residence's 2 magnificent sea view swimming pools as well as to the playgrounds, tennis and volleyball courts. The 45m2 apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a charming Mediterranean-style building with only 6 apartments. It enjoys a very beautiful sea view, from Issambres to the cape of Saint Tropez. You will appreciate the pretty private garden, flowered with beautiful Mediterranean plants and sported by 65m2 not overlooked to enjoy the sun and take your meals in the sun or in the shade of the blind (electric mechanism).

Appartement très pratique, bien équipé et calme. Piscine et air de jeu du domaine très proche de l'appartement. Voiture obligatoire pour sortir du domaine et accéder aux plages ou commerces. Les hôtes ont été très réactif a nos demandes et nous avons été très bien accueilli. Parfait pour une semaine de vacances.

Pro: + Check in + Eigentümer haben stets umgehend geantwortet + Anlage mit schönen Poolanlagen, recht gepflegt + sehr ruhig, schöner Meerblick + schöner Patio + viel Geschirr/Besteck, i.w. alles vorhanden Contra: - entgegen der Beschreibung nur ein Schlafzimmer (Etagenbett stand in einer Nische, so kein Schlafzimmer) - nicht sauber/ ungepflegt (lockere Wasserhähne und Klobrille, verkalkte Dusche, viel Staub) - Elektrogeräte reilweise nicht nutzbar (Microwelle) - Ofen nicht vorhanden - Spülmaschine nach kurzer Zeit defekt, nicht mehr nutzbar - kein DVD-Player entgegen Beschreibung - kein Wäscheständer - keine ausreichender Vor-Ort-Service, ständige Kommunikation mit Eigentümerin auf ausschliesslich französisch, Mägel konnten i.w. nicht behoben werden - Terasse mit kaputten und scharfkantigen Fiesen - ungepflegter Garten: da zugewachsen und keine Nummer an der Strasse war Wohnung nur schwer zu finden - keine Pforte am Grundstück : wegen Wildschweinen auf der Anlage zwingend erforderlich Fazit: viele Mängel, welche eine stetige und leider umständliche Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern notwendig machte. Mängel konnten i.w. nicht behoben werden, was die Urlaubsfreude und Mobilität deutlich eingeschränkt. Für den Preis u.E. zu wenig Leistung. Schade, da man aus der Wohnung mit einigen Invedtitionen was machen könnte. So würden wir nicht nochmal buchen.

Magnifique appartement ainsi que le jardin,vue sur mer,confort des 2 piscines de la résidence +tennis. Très calme, parking juste devant, la mer est à 10 mn en voiture. A conseiller absolument !

Tegenvallend appartement voor de prijs

Ondanks dat de eigenaar vriendelijk was, viel het appartement ons erg tegen voor wat je ervoor betaalt. Het was gewoon niet schoon en had een slordige afwerking. De keukenkastjes waren vet en plakkerig, er was geen afzuigkap, geen spatel, geen soeplepel, geen schaar, de prullenbakken waren plakkerig, allemaal stof op de plinten, op de stopcontacten en achter de koelkast, de richel van de schuifpui was vies, het slot van de schuifpui zat los, er zat een onderbreking in het snoer van de stofzuiger, te weinig klerenhangers, slechte matrassen, een krakend stapelbed, er kan ‘s nachts geen raam open vanwege de schuifpui. Er was geen beddengoed aanwezig, wat overigens wel vermeld was, maar wat wij wel vanzelfsprekend hadden gevonden. De ruimte waar het stapelbed stond kon je niet echt een slaapkamer noemen. Het was meer een hokje waar geen deur in zat. Misschien allemaal kleine zaken, maar als je dan bedenkt wat je ervoor betaalt…. Verder wordt er in de advertentie niets gezegd over het resort. Dit is ontzettend steil en heel groot en bijna niet te doen om alleen al naar het poolhouse te lopen. Dan moet je wel een paar honderd traptreden op of via de steile straatjes omhoog. Dat is de enige plek waar WiFi is en zelfs daar is het slecht. Alleen al om brood te halen bij het kraampje was al meer dan 100 traptreden. Positief was het uitzicht, de rust en het tweede zwembad wel lekker dichtbij. Eindconclusie: we hebben heel veel geld betaald voor iets wat ons inziens de helft waard is geweest.

Très beau domaine, logement agréable avec sa grande terrasse, manque peut-être un peu d'équipement au niveau de la cuisine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, par contre c'est la galère pour circuler (embouteillages permanents St Maxime St Tropez).

Excellent séjour aux Issambres

Un très bel endroit pour passer un séjour en famille. L'appartement est très bien et la vue mer est tout simplement incroyable. La résidence très agréable avec ses deux belles piscines et ses terrains de tennis. A quelques minutes seulement du bord de mer, la résidence est parfaitement située. Pour finir, l'accueil sur place et les échanges avec les propriétaires sont excellents. Hate de retourner passer quelques jours là-bas !

We (3 persons) enjoyed our stay during end July 2019. Airco good! Beds good! Garden good! It is like the pictures. Douche and kitchen a little bit small. WiFi terrible although mentionned that there would be WiFi at the poolhouse, we had no WiFi at all! 5 minutes drive with the car to the beach. Walking I would not consider, with the Bike impossible. 2 Swimming Pools (1 very near by the house) very good and not croudy at all.No sunbeds or chairs, take them yourselves. There is a place on the domain were you can buy Bread every morning. We had a lovely stay.

Wunderschön, ruhig und sehr nette Vermieter

Wir haben die letzten beiden Juli Wochen mit vier Personen diese Wohnung gemietet und sind sehr angetan von der Qualität der gesamten Anlage. Die Hanglage ermöglicht einen sehr schönen und weiten Blick auf das Meer, die beiden großzügig angelegten Pools bieten viel Freiraum zum schwimmen, spielen und einer der Pools ist von der Wohnung lediglich 2 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Ebenso die Tennisplätze. Die Wohnung bietet eine schöne Terrasse mit Liegestühlen, Grill und Essgarnitur, vorgelagert ist ein abschließbarer Verandaraum mit einem extra großen Kühlschrank für Getränke. Sehr zu schätzen wußten wir die Klimaanlage, die es ermöglichte die hohen Temperaturen sehr gut zu ertragen. Wir wurden durch die Vermieter sehr herzlich begrüßt und der Kühlschrank war bereits mit Wasser und einer Flasche Wein gefüllt, ebenso wurden wir auf den neuen Brötchenservice in der Anlage hingewiesen, welcher neu und sehr praktisch ist. Ganz lieben Dank noch einmal an die Eigentümer und Vermieter, dass ist ein klasse Service und wirklich toll. Danke schön. Man merkt dass die neuen Besitzer nach und nach (die Bäder sind bereits gemacht) sich die einzelnen Räume vornehmen und verbessern, so wird die Wohnung sicherlich noch besser, wenn die bis dato sehr kleine Küche (leider kein Backofen) noch optimiert wird und die Betten neue und etwas weichere Matratzen bekommen. Wir überlegen eventuell wieder zu buchen und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Sehr schöne ,ruhige Lage

Die Unterkunft liegt am Hang, 2km von der Küste entfernt. Es ist eine Ferienhaus/Wohnung Anlage mit 2 Pools . Da diese Unterkunft am Ende einer Sackgasse liegt hat man einen ungestörten ,wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Bucht.Im Haus hat man kein WLan. Man muß ein Stück gehen bis zum Clubhaus am Pool. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön , wie auf den Fotos, die Wohnung ist mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet . Ein Manko sind die alten ,muffigen Küchenmöbel. Man kann vom Ort aus direkt mit dem Boot(Taxi) nach St. Tropez fahren .Das lohnt sich unbedingt.Sehr schön zum Baden ist auch der Küstenstreifen nördlich von St. Tropez (Naturschutzgebiet) nur zu Fuß zu erreichen .Wir sind auch Rennrad gefahren .Allerdings ist an der Küste entlang viel Verkehr. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und bemüht. Wir würden nochmal hinfahren.(Wir sind ein Ehepaar und waren zu zweit dort) M und P

Description bien conforme à la réalité de cet appartement où nous avons passé une belle semaine en famille à Pacques Accueil sympathique par le propriétaire qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour bien découvrir cette magnifique région L'appartement est très propre et les lits confortables, le village et les plages sont à cinq minutes Les enfants ont bien profité de la grande terrasse Le domaine est très propre et fleuri les piscines sont grandes et la vue y est très belle Nous le conseillons aux familles et nous reviendrons avec plaisir
