In a quiet, very well located 250 m from the bay of Saint Cyprien (Lecci municipality located 9 kilometers from Porto Vecchio), discover this mini villa of 45m2 with terrace. (Ideal for 4 people).

The residence was completely renovated in 2014. The villa is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine and TV + DVD.

The shady grounds of the residence will serve as playground for children.
