It is a lovely property with a well maintained lovely garden & outside space. The property itself is spacious with two nice size bedrooms with lots of cupboard space. Myself my Daughter & three year old grandson had a lovely time. The property is close to the beach with nice restaurants with lovely food. The weather was great! Super Unterkunft mit sehr netten Vermietern

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der sehr sauberen, schönen und praktischen Unterkunft. Und hat es an nichts gefehlt und die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns sogar einen Arzttermin gebucht als wir einen brauchten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

das Apartment im Stadtviertel Villero ist eine Einliegerwohnung im EG auf dem Grundstück des Vermieters, der aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist und kaum in Erscheinung tritt, super Laufdistanz zum tollen leeren Strand (auch im August), mit dem Bus ist man in 15min in der Stadt Sete direkt, einziger Nachteil, dass in der 30iger Zone hinter der Hecke des Gartens viele Mopeds sehr laut, da zu schnell, vorbeifahren

Tout s'est très bien passé. Daniel et Lucie sont des hôtes charmants, serviables, agréables et discrets qui ont le souci du bien-être de leurs hôtes. La villa très soignée a été très bien conçue et agrémentée par ses propriétaires. Elle est idéalement située pour un séjour les pieds dans l'eau: plage, piscine municipale et étang. L'environnement est très sécurisant pour des enfants notamment pour faire du vélo. Sète et la région offrent beaucoup de possibilités pour des vacances sportives et culturelles. L'appartement et son extérieur permettent de passer des vacances reposantes: équipement, consommables et agencement bien pensés. Bref, les notes sont méritées.

Une semaine idéale

Accompagnée de ma fille et de son bébé de 7 mois, nous avons été remarquablement accueillies par les propriétaires. Poussette, lit bébé nous attendaient ce qui a sérieusement allégé notre voyage. Le logement est spacieux et parfaitement équipé. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir profiter de l’extérieur et de la proximité avec la plage. Accueil très sympathique.Nous avons été agréablement surpris par le cadeau de bienvenue. Les propriétaires étaient toujours disponibles pour nous indiquer les événements en cours et s'inquiétaient de nos éventuels besoins sans que leur présence ne soit pesante. Le propriétaire a même aménagé un petit enclos pour éviter que mon tout petit chien ne se sauve. L'appartement est spacieux et bien conçu. La situation très proche de la plage nous donnait un accès facile. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location en tout point parfaite.

L'appartement est le rez de chaussée d'une très belle maison contemporaine, et il a manifestement été conçu dès le début pour être complètement indépendant du reste, y compris le petit jardin privatif. Tout est nickel et bien pensé, la plage est à 5 min à pied, et les propriétaires, qui habitent la maison, sont tout à fait accueillants et discrets.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung ganz nah zum Strand.

Es sind sehr nette Vermieter, die man aber gar nicht wahrnimmt, weil sie sich zurücknehmen und die Aufteilung der Wohnungen getrennt ist. Man ist wirklich für sich. Die vermietete Wohnung hat den Garten, die Vermieter wohnen darüber mit Balkon in die entgegen gesetzte Richtung. Wohnung und Garten sind wirklich schön, wie auf den Fotos. Vor allem die Palmen haben uns gefallen. Alles war sauber und die Vermieter haben und sehr nett alles gezeigt. Wir haben Handtücher gemietet und wirklich ausreichend viele für Dusche und Strand und Küche bekommen. Der Garten hat den Petanque-Platz, einen Gas-Grill und auch eine Markise ist vorhanden. Die Liegestühle und die Hängematte sind auch bequem. Sowohl draußen als auch drinnen gibt es einen großen Tisch. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit 4-Platten Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschiene und an Geschirr und was man zum Kochen braucht ist alles da. Sogar Backpapier, Küchenrolle, Müllbeutel, Essig, Öl... Die  Waschmaschiene steht im Bad. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es die Klimaanlage und auch im Zimmer mit dem 140-Bett gibt es eine zusätzliche. In dem Zimmer ist auch ein extra Waschbecken mit Spiegel. Fanden unsere Mädels praktisch zum Zähneputzen und Schminken. Außen im Bereich vor der Wohnungstüre gibt es ein extra Bad mit Dusche und WC, zum Sand abduschen oder wenn zwei gleichzeitig duschen wollen sehr geschickt. Zum Strand ist man super schnell und zum Bäcker geht es zu Fuß in 6 Minuten, der sehr leckere Törtchen, Baguette und Pizza macht ( Le Fournil Des Salins Sète). Mit dem Bus von der Haltestelle "Ifremer" kommt man sogar am Sonntag und abends nach Sete, was bei dem Stadtfest, den "Joutes" sehr praktisch war. Diese sind echt toll, wir waren Sonntag Nachmittag/Abend dort. Das war lustig und ein echtes Erlebnis. Dienstag abends war dann der Abschluss vom Fest mit Konzert und Feuerwerk. Ach, und obwohl rauchen erlaubt ist roch es glücklicherweise gar nicht nach Rauch, was wir als Nichtraucher sehr angenehm fanden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Angenehmer Vermieter, gute Lage und eine gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit eigenem Garten

Schönes Appartement mit eigenem Garten und zwei klimatisierten Räumen im modernen Quartier von Sete. Der nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter wohnt im oberen Geschoss. Zum Strand sind es nur ca. 200 m. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Location idéale

Séjour plus qu'agréable dans un cadre exceptionnel. Appartement et extérieur sont très agréables et fonctionnel et, chose rare dans une location, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Les propriétaires sont à la fois discrets et très sympathiques. La plage est à accessible à pied et l'on a jamais eu de mal à garer la voiture devant la maison. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation.

Excellent séjour en famille

Appartement très propre, très fonctionnel, très bien adapté pour une famille avec 2 enfants, le terrain de pétanque a été très apprécié par les enfants, la climatisation aussi grâce à la canicule. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, et même s’ils habitent à l’étage, ils sont très discrets. Appartement sans vis-à-vis, agréable, et à 200 mètres à pieds d’une très belle et grande plage. Facilité pour garer la voiture devant la maison. Nous y sommes retournés 2 années de suite, et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
