Although the apartment is not facing the ocean side, you can see the ocean thru the windows. The apartment sleeps two and the building is located right on the beach with a private access. Fabulous apartment BUT

We were in Paradise View overlooking the beach. It was perfect BUT the noise from Rainbow Cafe right next door was deafening! Friday and Saturday pounding sound till 2 am. The music in the day is also very loud but bearable. I’d stay at Jolie Beach again in a heart beat if it were not for the music next door!The location is ideal… easy walk to terrific restaurants. Beach is glorious!

Fantastic Grand Case

Absolutely fantastic location, beautiful beach. Only some rooms have an ocean view, but that view is drop dead gorgeous. All rooms share a small patio with beautiful view, and the perfect beach. The staff was courteous, kind, friendly, timely, helpful, fun and more. The rooms and facilities were in great shape. The bed was brand new and really comfortable. The AC, fridge, etc were all new and working well. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again.

Best Place in GC!!!!

The place is just wonderful and could not have asked for a better host. Was able to accommodate my request for a beach view room and had a parking space scoped out for us when we arrived. GC is a chill beach and it is an easy walk to shops, fantastic restaurants like La Ville for dinner and Java beach for lunch! Hit the bakery near by for a great breakfast. The host was fantastic and we even drank with the whole family on the beach one evening!! I recommend a car if you are staying in GC but they are cheap and the island is easy to get around. Room is super clean and very nice, loved the balcony and has all that you need, for sure 5 stars and 100% recommend!!

The apartment was clean and very accessible to the nicest beaches in St Martin.

My husband and I enjoyed two weeks in Grand Case, St Martin. We were welcomed and cared for with courtesy and friendship from the staff. The location was beautiful to the oceanfront. The apartment was small and faced the Main Street. A considerable amount of noise in the evening on the street and especially next door with the Rainbow restaurant was not pleasant for us. The apartment inside would probably serve a single person or a couple for a short duration better. We like to cook and have separate areas for leisure. This floor plan does not allow for a sitting area or a fully equipped kitchen. Laundry service is nearby and also grocery stores. It was the people that made our stay memorable. We enjoyed visiting the island and renting a car. Definitely stay on the French side and consider Grand Case Bay.

Affordable Luxury on Grande Case!

The Jolie-Beach Apartments are the perfect place to enjoy all that Grande Case in Saint Martin has to offer and we've been to Saint Martin six times since 2005. This apartment, Studio Tiki, is not oceanfront but gives you a glimpse of the ocean out the bedroom window. Since the apartments are situated directly on spectacular Grande Case beach, you can enjoy the ocean on the shared common patio while having your morning coffee. The apartments are all extremely well appointed. The furniture is beautiful and functional and the decor is lovely. The beds are very comfortable with high-quality linens and pillows. Everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach is there, from a corkscrew to wine glasses to ice cube trays. The bathrooms are lovely and feature spa rainfall showers. Since the apartment is within walking distance of all the incredible restaurants in Grande Case, you never have to worry about driving home to your lovely apartment after dinner and drinks. The entire stay was lovely. Starting with the welcoming, professional staff (Glenda and Ephram) who met us upon our arrival, holding a parking spot for us right in front of the apartments (bonus!) to meeting the warm and hospitable host and owner Phadya (we didn't get to meet Robert, unfortunately). It was clear that Phadya makes it her personal mission to ensure that you are happy and your expectations are met. I've stayed at studio villas, penthouses, and 5-star resorts all over the world and I was extremely happy with this lovely accommodation. We saw that others had complaints about the music from the Rainbow Bar &Cafe and we could not disagree more! We personally fell in love with everyone at the Rainbow Bar & Cafe and loved the fun vibe and music. And the food! Thanks to the Rainbow's proximity, you can get food and drinks served to you right at your Jolie-Beach beach chairs! The food was phenomenal, as well. Fresh and well-prepared, as is all the food we had while staying in Grande Case. We had lovely salads every day for lunch and enjoyed an incredible whole grilled snapper and encrusted lamb there. Other restaurant favorites include Bistro Caribe, La Tastevin, and Ocean 82. We heard Pressoir is lovely but did not get to enjoy it this trip. In short, you will not be disappointed if you stay at Jolie-Beach apartments. This is the textbook definition of affordable luxury!

Grand Case's best kept secret!

Location- Beach - The best sand and surf of Grand Case Beach was just down the stairs and a few steps away from our apartment. We didn't even need to wear flip flops. Street side - More than enough top notch restaurants within easy walking distance including a fabulous bakery just a short walk through the alley and across the street, perfect for picking up a baguette, quiche, or pastry for breakfast each day. Service - Always with a beautiful smile and a "How are you doing?" or, "Do you need anything?" Service was personal yet we were able to maintain as much privacy as we wanted. Cleanliness - The area in front of the apartments and beachfront and everything in between was clean and well maintained. Our rooms were spotless and smelled fresh as were the linens and bath towels. Amenities - We loved having the beach cushions and beach towels. Also, the safe was convenient for keeping passports and cash secure. Beach Chairs and umbrellas were set out each morning and put away each evening. Small tubs of water for removing the sand off your feet were placed at the base of the stairs which really helped keep sand out of your living area. Caution cones were placed in front to reserve parking for guests and if Ephraim or Glenda were there, they moved the cones for you when you left or returned. Having Wi-Fi was great for keeping in tough with family at home or for looking up things to do in the area. Cable TV was great. My husband didn't have to miss any of his favorite movies on TCM. Our apartment was equipped with everything we needed, even converters for our cell phone chargers.

Great hosts, bed and location!

Phenomenal - exactly what we were looking for in terms of a location and the apartment was quite nice. Phadya was a gracious host - she met us, oriented us on the neighborhood and we quickly set off for lunch at Caribbea Creole, not to be missed. Also don't miss the cafe downstairs where you can get coffee and croissants. We miss it already and look forward to coming back. The only complaint was the bathroom is small, and as a result the water from the shower gets on the floor and it gets a bit messy - you'll need to dry out the floor mat every time. Also we were told the unit would be cleaned once during our stay (which would have been great) and which it wasn't, unfortunately - not sure if there was some miscommunication there. The Tiki unit where we stayed was just big enough for 2 - next time we'll hope for a bigger unit, but they were all taken. Still, it worked out fine and we had a great time. Otherwise it was great, and we'd come back!

A wonderful 12 days

It didn't start our wonderful. We were delayed three times on AA and had to go to an additional city to make it - 10 hours late. I let Robert know about our delays and he called the rental car company and they waited up past their closing time. Then Robert waited for us at the apartment, even providing some late night food and drink. At first we were a little disappointed in the apartment - smaller than we wanted with no view of the ocean. But, this forced us to get out more and we enjoyed getting to know our neighbors. Ephraim - who lives on the third floor - and helps Robert, even prepared a delicious lunch for three couples staying there. This was a highlight of the trip. We liked the location, though the Rainbow Cafe's party on Monday night is loud. Yet, getting a free breakfast on Tuesday helps. We've been to St. Martin six years straight and we would like to stay in this place again, hopefully one that has a view of the beach. Kuddos to all who helped us fully have a needed vacation. Lovely vacation in a relaxing and welcoming environment

Those who have spent time on the beach in Grand Case are already aware that this part of French Antilles is a small piece of heaven. Small apartments, condos and hotels on a beautiful beach located in a vibrant town filled with excellent restaurants... and all that in a place where the weather is absolutely perfect. We visited Grand Case several times in the past and, this time, chose this small renovated apartment, on the beach. Our hosts, Robert and Phadya, were quick to answer our messages and were very welcoming hosts. Robert welcomed us at the apartment despite a very late arrival due to our flight being delayed. Glenda and Ephraim, who take care of the small building during the day, were equally pleasant and helpful. The apartment we rented was recently renovated, with a small kitchen and bathroom, and a very nice bedroom with a comfortable bed. Our unit was at the back of the building with no direct view of the beach except from the kitchen which had a large glass front door. We also had access to a small table on the front porch where we ate breakfast while looking at the lovely beach. Because the unit isn't directly on the beach, the cost is certainly lower than the units that have either a balcony or a direct view of the beach and those considering this unit must decide whether having a view is worth the extra cost. In our case, we were very pleased with the unit and spent much of our day directly on the beach; it certainly met our needs. I should note that WiFi reception can be a bit spotty at times but is mostly fine. The TV reception is also a bit uneven but there are many stations available in English, French, Spanish, etc. Of course, the best feature is the perfect location on the beach. The apartment is close to many restaurants with large patios overseeing the beach or, even, lounge chairs and tables directly on the beach. Overall, we had a fantastic time in Grand Case, were warmly welcomed by our hosts, and were in a nice apartment on the beach that was comfortable and clean. We would gladly return and, in fact, are already planning to do so. Our sincere thanks to Robert, Phadya, Glenda and Ephraim for their attention and kindness.

Most Perfect Vacation Ever

Great, clean, modern apartment, 5 Feet from a white sand beach and clear blue water. The water has a smooth sand bottom. with no shells. Great restaurants to walk to. ( From $10.00 Lolos to $60.00 fabulous French cusine. } Although not necessary, we rented a car and explored the entire island and other great beaches. But the best part was the caring and friendliness of the caretakers, Ephraim and Glenda. They are at your service for any need that you might have. Ephraim always made sure that I had a parking space, and is just a terrific person. We are going back in November, since none of the dozens of other places, we have been to, can compare. ( And most of those were double the price ) John and Anita !

WOWW, we spent 4 days at jolibeachsxm, a amazing place,! appartement is so nice, kitchen fully equipped, the bed is ultra comfortable. Wifi 100% operating (also on the beach !) Very faster. Tv (flat screen) with premium channels. then down the stairs you are on the beach, deckchairs, parasol, beach towels... thank you to Glendale for her kindness. Special thanks to Robert and Phadia, the owners ;-) Close to appartement, you can eat at raimbow restaurant, or just walk 2 min and you can find many restaurant, shops. We recommend this place, Nous avons passé 4 jours à joliebeachsxm, et on s est vraiment éclaté! L appartement est super, entièrement équipé, cuisine, tv écran plat, wifi (même sur la plage! Top). L immeuble donne directement sur la plage, transat, parasol, serviettes de plage, tout y est! A proximité le restaurant raimbow ou vous pourrez commander directement depuis son transat (merci à jean le serveur) Glenda, vous proposera un bon café le matin avec croissant.. dans la ré vous y trouverez restaurants, boutiques (ouvert tard le soir). On a bien danser au calmos café. .. Merci à Robert et Phadia, les propriétaires pour leur accueil et disponibilités. On reviendra, C est sur!

After coming to Saint Martin on our honeymoon in 1999, we fell in love with the island. It's beaches, it's people every aspect of the island was fascinating.

After returning a few times on vacation, we decided it was time to call this friendly island our home. we've been living in Saint Martin for the past 10 years, and have continued to love it ever since. We have 3 beautiful children who much enjoy the island life as well.

We are food and beverage wholesalers on the Island. We sell to all supermarkets, some hotels and restaurants. Having studied Hotel management, and being from a family of hotel owners, my wife decided to venture in what is and always has been her true passion. Together with her knowledge of the trade and our passion for travel and experiencing new places , we decided to remodeled these apartments ensuring your expectations are met. Thus, Jolie beach apartments being exactly what we would expect for a perfect week or two on a tropical paradise. Great beach, Great Restaurants, Fun in the Sun, and the privacy of staying in, cooking a great meal and spending quality time alone.

When living in Saint Martin, one ends up falling in love with a certain spot, and for us, the grand case bay Is the most beautiful of all the beaches of the island. When the opportunity came to buy theses apartments, we did not think twice, and enjoyed the thought of being able to share this paradise with others.
