Ground floor apartment, perfect for couple with small children, large swimming pool

Pinheiro-c is a luxurious ground floor one-bedroom apartment with direct access to the shared pool (one of the largest in the area). A few minutes walk from the bay or São Martinho do Porto. Large, practical open kitchen with gas fire and all necessary kitchen equipment. Living / lounge with HD TV, stereo chain and Blu-Ray player. The lounge also has a sofa bed, so that the apartment can be rented perfectly by a family with 1 or 2 children. There is a spacious bathroom with toilet, bidet and whirlpool / shower. On the large terrace you can enjoy a view of the swimming pool and the large communal garden. Free sun loungers are provided in summer. The apartment has a private underground parking space. All major shops and supermarkets are nearby. Free WIFI. This apartment is located in one of the best locations in Sao Martinho do Porto and has everything for a wonderful holiday!

Foi uma boa escolha, lugar calmo, vizinhos acolhedores, poucas pessoas frequentam a piscina, ar condicionado, por toda a casa, cozinha equipada, banheira com hidromassagem, wifi, toalhas limpas, pena que o local mais proximo para fazer compras seja so intermaché, praia 5 min a pé com po tos turisticos lindos. Descansar...a sério!

Apartamento impecável, numa zona muito calma e com boas condições. Todos os eletrodomésticos, sem os quais já não passamos, estão lá. Um espaço arejado, onde se circula muito bem. E uma piscina, logo ali à saída da porta, (da sala!) que nos relaxa só de olhar. Adorei, mesmo, a minha estadia!

Luxurious appartement!

Beautiful brand new appartement. Very nice view on the pool, although October weather did not permit us to use it. Loved the ground floor accessibility, making it a breeze to come in and out of the appartment. We had access to the private underground garage however we didn't feel the need to use it as there was free private parking space just outside of the building. The apparment had everything we needed for our stay, couldn't ask for better! Thank you Eline

Logement très bien équipé, résidence calme, piscine propre. L'accès direct à la piscine est un réel atout dès lors que les enfants savent nager. Beaucoup de visites à faire dans le secteur. Belle région ! Seul point négatif problème de réseau et de wifi: ne fonctionne pas toujours... location à recommander ! !

Molto accogliente, appartamento nuovo con ogni comfort.

Soggiorno a Sao Martinho do Porto, paese molto accogliente con una bella baia interna. Sul posto si trova tutto, compresa una spiaggia molto grande. Tuttavia per noi italiano non è un posto dove fare vacanza al mare: non si può fare il bagno (la baia è interna e l'acqua non è molto pulita, ma sopratutto è molto fredda). Siamo stati a metà luglio e il clima è "strano": il sole scotta, ma l'aria è piuttosto fredda per cui non si riesce a prendere il sole. Di giorno si arriva a 28 gradi, di notte la temperatura scende a 16/17 gradi e si dorme con la coperta. L'appartamento è ottimo: nuovo, dotato di tutti i comfort: cucina completissima (tre forni, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ecc.) molto accogliente, con una bella piscina (peccato che l'acqua sia sempre fredda), parcheggio coperto, terrazza privata. Veramente un nell'appartamento, circa 70 mq che per due persone sono tanti. Da vedere c'è moltissimo, soprattutto nell'interno, dove il clima cambia ed è molto più caldo. Consiglio di visitare Obidos, Leiria, le Grutas del Mira (bellissime, vicino a Fatima), le saline di Rio Maior. E ovviamente una visita a Lisbona. Dappertutto si mangia benissimo, spendendo poco (da 10 a 15 € a testa. Lisbona si spende di più ma comunque ne vale la pena), vino sempre buono. Evitate Peniche: città sporca, senza grosse attrattive ( tranne la scogliera) e con diversi "profumi" non proprio gradevoli (lavorazione del pesce..).

Férias calmas e relaxantes

O apartamento era muito agradável, confortável e tranquilo. Correspondia à descrição indicada no anúncio. A piscina é excelente e tem uma boa orientação solar, assim como o apartamento. A decoração é simples e prática, mas com bom muito bom gosto. A limpeza e manutenção do apartamento assim como das áreas comuns era boa. A cozinha está muito bem equipada contudo uma vez que tem máquina de lavar a louça deveria ter pelo menos 8 pratos sopeiros, ladeiros e de sobremesa, assim como mais um par de chávenas de café e pequeno-almoço e conjunto de 8 de talheres, para se poder fazer 2 refeições por dia e ligar apenas uma vez por dia a máquina de lavar. A poupança de água e energia seria excelente (sugestão para o proprietário). O acesso à internet é que era muito fraco, raramente tinha sinal. O apartamento tem fácil acesso à praia de S. Martinho do Porto como a outras a visitar: praia da foz do arelho, praia do salgado, etc No passeio marginal encontra uma variedade de serviços: restaurantes, gelatarias, etc. Recomendo a qualquer pessoa uma estadia neste local para férias em família, principalmente com crianças que gostem de piscina.

Prachtig appartement met heerlijk zwembad

Vrijwel nieuw comfortabel appartement op de begane grond. Mooie ruime woonkamer met fijne volledig ingerichte keuken. Ruime slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en tweepersoons slaapbank in de woonkamer. Prima! Leuk terras. Vanaf het terras drie stappen naar een mooi, groot en schoon zwembad. Heerlijk! Het appartement ligt iets buiten het centrum. Daardoor goed toegankelijk en veel parkeergelegenheid. Sympathieke eigenaren van het appartement, die altijd klaar staan om informatie te verstrekken. Wij hebben een toptijd gehad!
