New, cozy townhouse with beautiful views in a closed condominium in Salir Do Porto (Silvercoast). Heated (May to September) communal swimming pool with fantastic views over the bay. Near ocean and bay of Martinho Do Porto. At 1 hour drive from Lisbon airport. 3 bedrooms with private terrace and 3 bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning (hot and cold) and built-in audio system. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, cot. Fabulous house, great location

Everything you need for your holiday. A real home from home and great advice from Alex on arrival. Heated swimming pool was fabulous and kids loved it. Air conditioning in every room was great. Highly recommended this property and this location. Quiet area and close to the beach too.

sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool ist eine super Ergänzung zum doch recht kalten Atlantik. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit Ausflügen z.B. nach Lissabon, Obidos und zu den Berlenga-Inseln. Vielen Dank, dass wir diese schöne Unterkunft nutzen durften.

Un séjour très agréable

La maison est conforme a la description (propre, en bon état, lumineuse, spacieuse, confortable). Les interlocuteurs sur place sont agréables, ponctuels et disponibles. La région est jolie et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour qui aime visiter et bien manger.

Heerlijk huis!

Wat een heerlijk huis! Alle ruimte, alle gemakken, elke kamer balkon of buiten, 3 badkamers, netjes, alles werkt, alles is er, top! Ontvangst en vertrek met Olga liep vlekkeloos. Voordeel van de locatie is dat het midden in de zomer niet zo heet wordt. Paar kilometer landinwaarts 35 graden? Hier lekker 26. Heerlijk verwarmd zwembad. Salir op zich weinig te doen. Wel paar restaurantjes en winkeltje voor brood en zo. Iets verderop in Martinho do Porto grote supermarkt en veel restaurantjes. En nog wat verderop o.a. mega eLeclerc. Te lopen naar het strand. Daarvoor koom je bij de rivier waar t ook prima zitten/liggen/kastelen bouwen is. In de buurt genoeg hele leuke plaatsjes te bezoeken allen binnen half uurtje rijden. We hebben er van genoten!

Super séjour

Maison grande, luxueuse, propre En bas niveau porte entrée : garage, machine à laver Escalier qui nous amène au niveau principal : Salon/SaM avec balcon mais cuisine avec terrasse plein pied donc sécuritaire pour que les enfants y jouent (maison étant construit sur terrain en pente le coté cuisine est plein pied) 1CH qui donne sur la terrasse et 1 salle de bains avec wc 1 autre étage avec : 2CH avec salle de bains + wc dans les chambres Cuisine équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut Ayant un enfant de 2 ans et demi il était dur de trouver une location avec piscine sécuritaire Ici la piscine est à part dans le complexe....à seulement quelques pas. Donc super Eau super chaude meme quand il fait froid dehors Terrasse complétement fermée au niveau de la cuisine, super pour les enfants Chaise haute, lit bébé Seul manque une barrière pour chaque escalier...Mais on s'est débrouillé en mettant les transats devant La propriétaire est tres reactif aux mails quelqu'un est joignable sur place en cas de problème Jeux de société dans le salon DVD Flyers et docs pour les visites Bon séjour rien à redire
