A superb 3 bed, two bathroom apartment within the very popular Costa de Prata complex, the privated gated condominium is situated in an ideal location just a short walk away from the seafront, but within very easy reach of the many bars and restaurants in the beautiful shell shaped bay for which Sao Martinho do Porto is famous.
The bay is very well known for its safe family friendly beaches and bathing
The ground floor apartment is ideal for families with children as it boasts an extra large private terrace with a built in BBQ.
The apartment has a large and bright open plan lounge / dining room, which leads through to a fully equipped kitchen, both rooms have direct access to the terrace.
The apartment has a master bedroom with double bed and two further bedrooms, both with twin beds. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
The property has two bathrooms, a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, hand basin with vanity unit, a bidet and a WC.. The second bathroom has a shower , hand basin with vanity unit and a WC.
All bedrooms have tinted privacy glass
All rooms have manual shutters.
Within the grounds of the complex is a large communal swimming pool, sun loungers are available for use around the pool area.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Very positive experience, we spent over two weeks here. Sao Martinho is a lovely area, nice and safe for swimming and running. Lovely day trips to Obidos and Nazare we will be back again.

Perfect!

The apartment is perfect, just like the pictures. Big and clean. Close to the beach (10 min walking, easy easy). Paul is very friendly and helpfull. We will be back for sure. Thank you again!

Sao Martinho do Porto _ Portugal West Coast beach and old Town

Great location for Atlantic seaside resort with great beach, restaurants, bars and old town. Suited for families with children. Also good public transport connections to local historic towns, day trips. Spacious appartment met description including communal pool and terrace to relax. Only point to note was the outside table was too small for dining. Otherwise all 👍

Clean and stylish

The property was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The only drawback is that in order to obtain wifi you had to go to town and pay $15 to get connected. The television had limited reception but DVDs were provided. This is a great area to stay for day trips. As we were not staying in the warmer months, we were not really interested in the beautiful beach nearby. It is very centrally located for the day trips we had planned which were one to two hours away.

Estupendo apartamento, cerca de la playa y con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones estupenda. Aunque las vías están en frente los trenes no molestan para nada, ya que pasan solo un par de ellos y no hacen ruido

Het is een lekker ruim appartement met groot balkon. De tijd heeft echter het prestigieuze van weleer ingehaald, zowel in de omgeving (omliggende gebouwen hebben hun beste jaren gehad en het uitzicht op spoor en camping), als in het appartementencomplex en het apartement zelf. Enige modernisatie en vervanging van keukenattributen en apparaten zou de uitstraling absoluut ten goede komen. Vanuit het appartement kun je langs de baai mooie wandelingen maken en de mooie en interessante omgeving verkennen. We hebben de duidelijke digitale communicatie met de eigenaar zeer gewaardeerd.

Vacances Sao Martinho do Porto

Très bel appartement, bien placé (10min de la plage, restaurants…). La piscine de la résidence est très bien aussi. Tout était super, pratique avec les enfants pour tout faire à pieds. Paul et Denise sont disponibles et sympathiques. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour des vacances.

Omschrijving ligging en appartement correct. Afstand tot strand op wandelafstand. Dorp is aan rustige, aangename baai gelegen. Niet al te druk, voldoende winkels, bars, restaurants aanwezig. Goedkoop van eten en drinken. Zeer aangename temperaturen. Leuke info van eigenaar in kaft in appartement. Alle noodzakelijke materiaal aanwezig in appartement.

Apartamento grande muito limpo e sossegado. Situado suficientemente perto da praia e centro, mas suficientemente afastado do centro e do barulho. Zonas envolvente muito tranquila e convidativa a caminhadas e descanso. Apenas sugeria um pouco mais de utensílios como uma toalha de mesa, uma travessa e uma máquina de café.

Gostamos muito do apartamento pelas suas dimensões e condições. A única desvantagem é mesmo o acesso à praia em que temos que andar bem mais de 300 metros a pé e atravessar a linha de comboio. A informação de 300 metros da praia é por um caminho impossível de fazer, uma vez que só podemos passar pela estação de comboio.

Lovely apartment and resort

Apartment was lovely and we had a lovely welcome with cheese and wine. Resort is lovely although very quite and cloudy every day no nightlife or late bars perfect for a family but not if you like some fun bars atmosphere and a late night. Cheap to out out and wine is reasonably priced, would not return to this area until I am 80 though.

Logement très agréable à 10 minutes des commodités. Garage nominatif qui peut être très appréciable. Procédures d'arrivée et de départ très simples. Le seul petit bémol est l'absence de cafetière ou de machine à café. Nous recommandons vivement cette location . Elle est bien située pour visiter Obidos, Fatima, les grottes de Mira de Aire, Nazareth, Péniche, Lisbonne, Sintra...
