About this property

Luxurious contemporary villa with heated pool, 15 minutes from the beaches

Ideally located in a quiet residential area, our spacious villa of 200 m2 can accommodate 8 people. It has a nice garden of 1500 m2 fully fenced with a large heated pool and a bowling green.
Our summer kitchen with gas grill will allow you to enjoy your meal.

Main level: spacious living room with lounge / dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioner. WC.
Lower level: 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds and its own shower and toilet. A laundry room with washer and dryer.
Level up: 1 air-conditioned suite with balcony and bathroom and toilet separated. January 2 air-conditioned double room with its own shower and toilet.
Outside: 1 south facing terrace with electric awning for dinners + 1 terrace covered with kitchen and gas grill for lunch.

Leisure: swimming pool 5x10 m with its beach and deckchairs. Boules. Hammock. Ping pong table. Basketball hoop. dartboard.

Location: 5 minutes drive from the center of Vence.
20 minutes from Nice International Airport. 15 minutes from beaches.

Meget dejligt hus med gode faciliteter i et skønt område tæt på den hyggelige by, Vence. Rigtig godt indrettet både inde og ude. Udekøkken og terrasse lige til poolen.4 gode værelser, 2 uden aircondition i underetagen, men der er faner og skodder, så det var ikke noget problem. Meget fin og nem dialog med værten. Meget søde og imødekommende.Kan klart anbefales.

Ideaal vakantiehuis, volledig in overeenstemming met de beschrijving (en zelfs meer !) Zeer hartelijke eigenaars ! Modern en voorzien van alle comfort. Extra troef is het overdekt buitenterras met buitenkeuken; TOP ! Rustige omgeving. Een waar genot gedurende onze 2 weken vakantie.

Fantastik! Bedre end indtrykket fra nettet!

Fantastisk hus; rummeligt, rigtig gode faciliteter og et ugeneret poolområde med en imponerende udsigt mod Antibes bugten og Vence by. Meget fint og moderne soveværelse ("masterværelse"). De tre øvrige værelser var fine (gæsteværelse og to børneværelser). To sidstenævnte manglede dog rigtig aircondition. Ferieboligen kan kraftigt anbefales!
