La Casetta is an ancient 13th century farmhouse. renovated in 2014; immersed in the green of Lunigiana, within an area intended for a very quiet river park, far from traffic. Organized on two levels, on the ground floor Kitchen equipped with induction hob - fan oven - microwave oven and fridge with freezer, living room with TV and wood-burning fireplace - sofa bed and dining table, closet and a bathroom with shower and washing machine: first floor with double bedroom (French bed) - wardrobe, bedroom with bunk bed and wardrobe, bathroom. External veranda with table, barbeque and 1600sqm of enclosed garden with private parking spaces.
Parasols, tables and garden chairs available. Optimal position to reach the Cinque Terre, Versilia and its beaches, Pisa and Florence and stay in the green of nature and in tranquility. Very close to highway and railway connections.

Schönes Haus auf einem großen Grundstück

Wir waren im Juli mit unserem Hund dort und es war sehr heiß. Auf der Terasse konnte man es aber gut aushalten. Für den Hund hatten wir eine Hundepool dabei. Garten war umzäunt

I proprietari della Casetta sono gentilissimi e la comunicazione con loro sempre molto affettuoso! La casa e molto comoda, fresca e ben arredata, non manca niente e in piu e assolutamente pulita. i nostri due cani si sono divertiti nel spazioso giardino ben recintato! Vacanza immersi nella natura

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni in questa splendida casetta io un amica ed i nostri due cani. Cercavamo pace , tranquillità e silenzio e sicuramente questo posto è in grado di soddisfare le più esigenti aspettative. Posizione strategica per visitare l'incontaminata Lunigiana ma anche i posti più ameni della Liguria e dell'Emilia. Nella casa non manca nulla, i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi ed accoglienti. È il classico posto dove ci vuoi sicuramente tornare.

Très belle maison, dans une réserve naturelle au calme. Idéal pour qui cherche la paix et la tranquillité dans un environnement de nature. On a tous adoré le séjour, même les chiens (Husky et Akita Americain)

Geweldig mooie ervaring

De communicatie met de verhuurders verliep heel vriendelijk en goed. De accommodatie was heel authentiek gelegen in een natuurgebied. Overdag bedrijvigheid van lokale boeren. Vanuit de locatie bijna dagelijks uitstapjes gedaan maar Parma, CinqueTerre, Pisa, Florence en kleine dorpjes in de buurt (Lunigiana).

Un séjour farniente dans une région accueillante et généreuse tout comme nos hôtes.

Une jolie propriété au milieu des prés et non loin de la rivière. Même notre chien a adoré ces vacances. C'était la tranquillité et la liberté. Quelques moustiques comme amis mais nos hôtes avaient tout prévu pour notre bien être.. une adresse à conserver pour y revenir bientôt.

Wunderbares Haus mit super-netten Vermietern

Wir wurden von den Vermietern aufs Allerherzlichste empfangen. Sogar unsere drei Hunde wurden mit Leckerlies begrüßt. Unkomplizierte Einweisung und Übergaben. Das Haus ist neu renoviert und entzückend und liebevollst eingerichtet. Alles ist supersauber und es fehlt an absolut nichts. Der Garten ist riesig und eingezäunt, so dass die Hunde frei laufen können, was sie sehr genossen! Wir wurden mit hervorragenden Tips und vielen Landkarten und Prospekten über Ausflugsziele versorgt. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit per WhatsApp oder telefonisch verfügbar. Das Haus steht in Alleinlage in herrlichem Grün, rundum Hügel und Berge mit alten Dörfern. Wer mittelalterliche Örtchen mit verwinkelten Gassen und Burgen liebt, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Fast jedes dieser entzückenden Örtchen hat seine eigene Burg, alleine im näheren Umkreis haben wir ca. acht entdeckt. Zum Meer ist es auch nicht weit: Cinque Terre (Weltkulturerbe!!) ist ca. eine Stunde, Lerici ca. 40 Minuten entfernt und auch absolut sehenswert. I proprietari della casa sono gentilissimi e carini! La casa e ristaurata bellissima, non manca proprio niente ed e assolutamente pulito! Si sta molto molto bene qui. Anche la terrazza e il giardino sono meravigliosi. Qui vicino sono tanti castelli e villaggi meravigliosi e splendidi. Anche Lerici, La Spezia e le Cinque Terre sono degni d'essere visti. Ancora mille grazie a Monica e Giuliano, siamo contenti che ci siamo conosciuti!

Wonderful holidays

A beautiful little house with a fenced garden; perfect for holidays with a dog. The house is surrounded by nature and many possibilities for activities. The owners are very friendly and helped with maps and suggestions.

A place to love

If you search a special place close to the nature you are right here. The house is very nice, clean and prepared with love. The garden is perfekt to have a breakfast in the morning and to see deers in the evening. It is very quiet, you only hear birds and whims. Our dog loved the fenced garden and we don't have to look after him. Very relaxed... The owners are very, very friendly. The help fast and friendly if you have any questions. We will come back because we relaxed a lot and spent a great time in "la casetta". Many thanks to giuliano and monica!!!
